I like that it's an offline mode to be honest. And if the online leagues are exactly, if not better, than 2K11's iteration of the mode, then I'm happy. Most people wouldn't get past three years per Online MyLEAGUE without restarting anyway (at least the people I know who drafted once a month back on NBA 2K12.)Comment

Also, I don't mean to double post, but regarding the salary cap, I noticed that the options apparantly are : no salary cap, salary cap, or salary cap plus hard cap. And there was mention of either being able to change the value of the hard cap? Or did you mean you can change the value of the salary cap?
Personally I feel we should get the option to set the salary cap before the season. For instance, if I want to have a salary cap of 80,with no hard cap, I should be able to do that. This would create parity
Or if I want the default salary cap and want to make the hard cap 70, I should get the option to do that as well.Comment

I've been let down on numerous occasions in the past so I've learned from my mistakes. I mean last year I was literally jaw dropping over the graphics when it was all a cover up of things to come ... Whatever 2K feeds me, I won't get too high or too low though it is looking promising.Comment

I guess 2k are covering their asses in case any player likenesses are made.
One thing I still don't like is how they kept saying locally instead of yes, we could save our roster on the HD.
Can we use custom rosters? If so, can we save the custom rosters to the hard drive this year?
You can use a Custom roster and yes, you can save it locally, making editing and generating rosters and draft classes easier than ever.
Can we save our League to the hard drive and not the cloud?
Yes, it is saved locally.Comment

You're overthinking it. You can save rosters to your console's hard-drive and optionally upload them to our servers if you want to share it with your friends or the community. So you can keep working on your roster offline, then when you're ready to share it with the world, you can do so.Comment

Dear Simballer - Leftos:
1. Injuries.
Yes, please concede us the ability to manually place a player out with a given injury ... or make him comeback. If possible for (offline) quick games too, not just the mode.
And since you are interested on our feedback of things, how about these ?
2. Picks and their trading values.
Can you relate picks (trade) values directly to mock drafts on a given specific timeframe ? ... why ? because this gets rid of picks overvalue or undervalue ... from iteration to iteration there are times that is one way or the other.
On some game versions, a 1st pick would make possible to obtain a franchise player but on other versions, wouldnt. Independently of the draft quality. Also it doesnt go hand to hand with most custom rosters if preset otherwise. My proposal will allow a pick value (for trading purposes) to be meassured against the mocked rookies and their overall and potentials, allow to flow as the season goes and instead of been related to preset arbitrary value. This way, if draft classes were full of prominent rookies, teams wouldnt be so inclined to trade them ... or they would be inclined if it were a low quality draft class.
Couldnt get from the interview, maybe due to my native language not been english, but:
3. Do we get to alter for each player (not only league wide) their motivations such as money, winning, etc ?
4. Do we get to individually set/alter the stances on wich each team is into, in regards of roster moves, like contending, staying pat, rebuilding ?
5. Do we get to manually and individually set/alter the chemestry % base for each team ?
6. Do we get to individually set/alter the stance on wich each team is into, in regards of drafting, such as going for best skills, going for team positional need, going for best potential, going for X role type ?
7. Do in game rotations now consider team depth charts and players roles ?
8. Do Total Sim Control makes its way back in, balancing the ability to alter on court and off court results ?
9. Can we have create/edit a staff (coaches, assistants, etc) and staff carrousel ?
10. In respect of create a player (be it for this mode or in general, even for my players), can we not be forced to have a nickname ?
11. Can we hope to see NBDL (fully editable this time around), Draft Combine and Summer League be reintegrated sometime further on ?
12. Can we hope to have as many roster/created players/created teams saves as free hard drive space we have ?

Ehh that doesn't really work that well since in real life some teams will run a 9 man rotation. If you set it to CPU then all 12 will get minutesComment
