I'm looking on going back to what I used to do best, create draft classes. This will be my first next gen 2k so I'm pumped! Hopefully the new create a player options are good, or at least better than last gen.

Besides that, I'll probably play mostly MyLeague and MyCareer. I don't play online modes often but it would really depend a lot on how stable my connection is for this game lol

Can't wait for October 7!

i decided this year im going to make myself (my talents anyways) for mycareer.

im not going for that 99 overall, im going for what id be if i was in the NBA.....sounds more entertaining than being MJ on roids

Get great sliders that make the game closer to actual NBA basketball, get a great roster (which normally means getting multiple rosters and seeing what fits my play style "turty11 I'm looking at you brother").

Then I hit MYLeague and control all 30 teams and never leave the mode unless 2K has more goodness for me with this game.

Between the two main 2K spors franchises (NBA and WWE) I'll be in heaven.

Practice mode to learn the game then worry about everything else . hopefully 2k made gameplay and control changes so people will find a need to practice before jumping into games first

I can't wait to play MyLeague! Typically I have my one career mode guy, then i use the rest of the save files on different associations.

I will have one serious one with the Hornets, one where I create hilarious guys to be drafted and just have fun with it, one where I dismantle the best team and rebuild, and one fantasy draft one.

Usually I play the fun ones for about 10 years, but I've always played my serious ones into the 2030's.

I'm really hoping draft classes are implemented well, that will be my first plan, making sure the names, attributed, tendencies are all in order..if they are promoting 80 years associations there has to be some sort of realism right?

Second plan is to check out the myleague slider settings, trade logic settings and things of those nature!...

Third plan will be to start a 30team control Myleague with my Raptors squad, and seeing how it all unfolds through out the years creating rivalries through the generations!

I'm super excited for this mode as I wasn't expecting 2k to delivern this awesome news, I hope it's as good as advertised and functions good!...

MyLEAGUE
Going to start my usual 14 games per season (12 min quarters) Association. Have not yet decided which team I want to play but the Lakers and T'Wolves look most intriguing. Might also consider the Heat now that they are no longer the favorites.

MyGM
Will start this a couple of months down the track once the actual NBA has settled back in. I will most likely simulate all games and play this mode strictly as the role of the GM. I will also delegate my coaches the duty of assigning player roles and rotations.

MyCareer
I'll probably give this a pass this year solely because I won't have time and effort to play a third mode. Of course this may change if this mode receives a substantial overhaul and blows my mind.

Playoff Mode
Hopefully it will be featured this year. And if so, I will play this when the actual Playoffs begin, with myself controlling the Heat and mimicking the seeding based on real events.

First, going to do practice and an exhibition game, then try out this year's MyTeam, since I didn't play next-gen MyTeam yet, and do MyCareer. After a week where rosters/sliders/draft classes have been put out, start a MyLeague using the Raptors

I always spend the 1st week fixing and editing rosters.

This is the time I play online and against my son to find out all the glitches and gameplay errors in the game.

Possibly will wait until November before I pick 15 up.

First I'm gonna play around for a few games to used to what's new. Then I'm gonna start my annual "slider fishing" until I find a base I can tweak to my sim playstyle. After that, I'm gonna start two separate MyLeagues. One for the NBA and the other made up entirely of Euro teams (with different "Euro" sliders) and a few created teams to fill it out; and then just roll from there. I'm not a HUGE Euro fan, but I like the option of having a completely different league to play around in once I get a little burned out with the NBA after a few season. Variety is always good.

Will play exhibition games, practice mode, and MyCareer, for the first couple months, then when I get use to the game/controls and some good rosters/draft classes come out ill start MyLeague.
With the Hawks & Cavs. The Cavs will be my fun team to play with, the Hawks will be my grid team, need to figure out a way to get a Superstar or two on the team. My first mission will be to get Joel Embiid on the Hawks.
