Nah, Kerr has said in interviews he records for like 50 hours a year and he did 4(?) years.. that's a lot of stuff to replace.

I fail to believe that Kerr has 200 hours worth of commentary in the 2k games, unless a lot of his stuff is slight variations and/or doesn't make the final cut. Nevertheless, replacing him doesn't have to take forever and the supposed 50 hours can be done in a few weeks, its not impossible.

If they had Charles Barkley and Shaq making jokes about each other the entire time whilst playing, I wouldn't even be mad.

With Kerr now coaching, I would get rid of Clark Kellogg and bring in Reggie Miller and Mike Fratello to replace Kerr and Kellogg.

Completely agree on it being time to replace Clark. For me it just comes down to the fact that he is primarily an NCAA broadcaster, very very rarely does he do an NBA game.

Ernie and Shaq are what, TNT? Whatever network they are with they should just pick up their primary broadcast crew and figure out some deal to make it look like an actual TNT broadcast (the current presentation is good, I'm just spitballing here). I think that would be a really cool addition and give a nice fresh feel to the game without even needing to touch gameplay.

With this list of 44 details out now and still no word about commentary......

I'm mighty afraid it's left as is. Or maybe just silence Kerr and back to a 2-man booth.

Anyways, they won't probably touch it that much until next season seeing as they seemed to have focused more on mode depth this year.
Whatever the case, the 3 man booth has become the norm now in 2K. So yes, going back to a 2 man booth.....even after just 2 years......would seem dry.

Just what I was afraid of, 2-man booth. We'll see if it's true. Looks that way. They're pretty quiet about it.

I wouldn't mind if they kept Kerr in for this year. I thought it was funny when Kerr would talk about how great Kerr was when you played as the classic Bulls.

That's a bit of a bummer, because I bet there was a lot of Kellogg and Harlan commentary that couldn't be used because it didn't quite work without Kerr. Probably much less story lines about players as well, because Kerr was often initiating or going more in depth.

They should allow Kerr to be re-enabled in the options.

I never heard about him talking about himself unless he was making a general comment...

Add Barkley and get it over with, would take this game to the next level!

I'm hoping we hear info about the broadcast team pretty quick... Just curious to hear who it is.
