        I dont get the big deal about playing with your MyPlayer in an area with refs. Might as well just play online with regular teams.

            People aren't seeing the biggest thing here. We just witnessed The Secret of The Ooze in that trailer. Tokka and Rahzar live. They were just trying to figure out who to call mama. 2K is really TGRI

                Oh 2k, you are such a tease. Like it love it or hate it, their marketing strategy has everyone talking, so props to them for that. I really would like to be excited after seeing the commercial, but I don't want to get my hopes up either. I will reserve my judgement about crew/park mode until we have the 100% full picture this year.

                    Think of it like real life where you and your 4 friends go up against another group of friends. It gets competitive and intense. Having it in a arena with refs cuts down on steal spamming and gives you the atmosphere of being in bunch of tons of fans.

                        The fact that you need a demo after 2K turning the corner with 2K11, SMH. You don't need a demo from 2K, the gameplay is great every year. Now with LIVE, yea there should be a demo.

                            You don't have to play the mode to know the reference.

                            It appears the commercial created more confusion than anticipation

                            about it. The games out in just over a week no more cryptic messages.
                            If people don't know the reference, then they never will. It will continue to be cryptic. With that said, you can still see the basic message of you being able to play against the pros. That's a common message of video games.

                            Stop giving us the lettuce and tomatoes and give us the meat
                            You've never gotten meat from commercials! That's a silly expectation.

                                Curry would not have said: 'what yall want an autograph or something". He most likely would have said : "How in the hell did yall get in here??Security!!"

                                Great commercial none the less though.lol
                                EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

                                                    It is strange that they're in a arena if it's an ad for MyPark. They could have just filmed it outside. If that didn't look "epic" enough, well, that's your clue that maybe arenas/MyCrew needs to come back. Unless...
