I really dont understand why dude would do this. Damn near everyone who bought from him got a refund. What was the point?

Am guessing his connect didn't come through, he probably thought he would get it early but didn't .

Or

He planned on bait and switching everyone to get copies sold for release day and realized the scam was getting out of hand .

honestly a lot of the connects r getting it today or tomorrow thats why im waiting and if he doesnt ship today than im filing my claim for a refund honestly for all u guys i dont get why u guys dont just go to walmart/target and try to find the chillest person and slip them an extra 10 or 20 and go to the back and snag u a copy cause im sure now walmart/target got copies

If he didn't get the shipment he thought he was getting, why not just be straightforward about it instead of being all sketchy? Guy doesn't even respond to messages after that initial 24 hour message. I love how I messaged him twice every 24 hours asking how the shipment is looking, I did not receive 1 reply. As soon as I dispute it, I get my refund within 30 minutes.

How did you dispute it? Ebay is saying I have to wait until tomorrow and when I do it through Paypal, they send me to Ebay.

He said they were 'in house' which was clearly not true. I have messaged him 2 times over the last 2 days and opened a dispute, but nothing. While trying to research him I managed to get his phone number, address, and facebook page though. I'll just let the PayPal process work for a while. On to a plan C

I did it through paypal. There was a link to the paypal resolution center in my paypal account bottom left portion of the page.

Considering the guy is quick with refunds, the only thing that makes any sense is he needed money quick. So he got a "loan" for a few days, interest free. Glad I didn't waste my time, it was too shady. If any legit seller has the game, they'd post pics and respond within mins like our old pal spear did.

Surprised copies aren't showing up yet, figured flood gates would have opened by now. Never had a problem getting this game early in years past. No launch party copies this year on craigslist either. Did a launch party even happen?

good to see everyone getting refunds. but yea its funny we are like 63 pages in and only 1 if not maybe 2 got their game early. seems like game companies now a days are making sure no games get released a week early anymore unless something goes wrong in the carrier office.

yeah I thought we would start seeing Ebay sightings by now. Gotta think before the day is over, Ebay will have copies and OS'ers will have gotten the game through their spots.
