Sheesh guys! The game isn't even out yet!
Have you considered the possibility that due to the complex nature of NG head models accomodating custom headbands for every player is difficult to implement? That it may be overtly time consuming and thus less of a priority to the devs?
You don't really believe it is left out just out of spite, do you?
I mean, we're all (or mostly) adults...

I really don't think that's the case but if it is then what about all the players that already have headbands? Why not just let us edit them at least? Don't get me wrong I'm still beyond excited about the game and this is pretty low on my list of priorities but it is still kind of head scratching oversight.

This is a necessity.

Remember last year, before the first patch, they had way more body customization? Like torso length and stuff? And then it suddenly got removed and was changed to just body length and wingspan.

My point is, if they can remove that customization ability in a patch, I don't see why they couldn't patch headband customization in. Last year, Anthony Morrow didn't wear a headband all season, but he had one in the game (still does). I couldn't even use a role player on my team cause it just drove me crazy.

I saw a screen where John Salmons is wearing a headband for the pelicans and I don't think he will this season. I don't know why, but no one on our team wears headbands or has. That'll be there all year probably and it'll drive me insane again.

I'll HOP on this wagon...

I could care less if it's home/away editable, but it DEFINITELY should be editable to either USE or TAKE OFF.

It's small, but I'd be highly disappointed if you cannot edit headbands.

Remember back in the day u could not only choose a headband, but u could also choose different styles for instance the 3 striped headbands from all star weekend AND u could edit the COLOR of each stripe....those were the good old days. With that being said, as long as the headband glitch is addressed, that's a step in the right direction. #Signed

I remember having these options back in Live 05, im not sure if 2k ever had it though, but it would be nice to have all those options in the game.

If they won't give us the option to give players a headband then I expect that it'll be correct (for every player that rocks a headband) on release or at least through updates. I also expect that the logo will be placed on the correct spot (left, middle, right or back) for every player too.

Or just give us the option back through a patch. I really wish they'd explain to us why that option has been removed. Especially with all the grief they've received in the past with having it incorrect (LeBron in 2K6 to 2K11) and not being able to correct until the following year.

It's more of an eye sore than a game killer. Avoid those press conference photos cause LeBron could lose his headband saying he wants to test free agency.

Such a great game has a tiny Achilles heel.

Not a game breaker, but...man, how can they not let us add/remove headbands I'm really happy with the options so far as far as accessories but kind of a kick in the nuts about the headband issue!... maybe they can ad it in?

So we could edit headbands on PS3/360, but we can't on PS4/XBONE? Makes sense.

This really killed my excitement hopefully they can patch update it. Some players don't wear headbands all season or at all.

There should definitely be an option to add/remove headbands and also goggles.
