It happened immediately after I signed my max contract. After my first year I signed a 2 year extension with the Raptors. Once that ended, I signed a 4 year max deal with the Celtics. My best estimation is that my max contract triggered the GM asking for my big 3. In the cut-scene the GM states "We have to keep our superstar happy, and if our superstar is happy, well then I'm happy!". I doubt they would say that to anyone but a max contract holder. Unfortunately that's all I've got for you.

After my rookie I never had an extension. I just got asked where I would like to go. I played very well my rookie yr took my team to the finals and won. Lakers were one of the teams I wanted to play for I picked them w/ a 3 yr deal. Which in giving is maxed but you have a extra ring and probably reach the all star game so with that your GM would see you as a star. Maybe after my second year w/ the team maybe during the offseason he'll ask me because I'd be a superstar pretty much. Maybe then willing get asked about other free agents. That happened for you In the 2016 or 2017 season ?

Alright, I lied, mycareer is calling my name. Besides, I put too much work into this guy to just quit on my second season...

Mygm is a great game mode though, definitely recommend it to those of you who need a break.

2017 season.

Yeah that explains a lot I'm not even near the end of the 2016 season. Pretty sure you got all that because the championships you've won and the awards plus you were an all star in the 2 yrs w/ Houston thats why your the star on the celtics and had that option with the GM. hope I get that in the offseason going for MVP along wit Defensive player of the yr as a PG plus another ring. Really want derozan & KD or derozan & iggy w/ me on the Lakers after this 2016 offseason.

I'm almost done with my first season as a PG for the Pistons and I checked the Team Interest board. To my surprise, the Golden State Warriors had the most interest in me, at 35%. I don't understand why, they have Stephen Curry as their PG, but it says "Projected Minutes: 35" for me.

I'm baffled. Would they seriously start me over Curry? No way...seriously?

This game is kind of frustrating when the players don't actually play like themselves. Kyrie, LeBron and Love is great finishing around the rim, but can't finish in this game at all.

Kyrie doesn't even go to the basket when I set good screens. He always seem to take a contested mid range jump shot. It's killing me!

We play solid defense, but it doesn't matter, since the CPU make every contested jumpshot.

I think this is a problem with most PGs. I really don't understand it. Lillard does it every time on me, the only reason I even bother setting screens for him anymore is for cheap teammate grade points.

Does "Coach" yell at you no matter what you do in team scrimmages?

He said something about focusing on defense and I get 3 steals and a bunch of good shot contest and the scrimmage ends and he says i was slow and lazy or something?

that guy is annoying and pointless to the game mode.

I played like 25 games of my second season hoping to get some badges, didn't get any, still just at 3. Guess whatever I'm doing to get 30-20-10 a night and win almost every game isn't worthy of getting any badges, so I pretty much don't care about them any more.

So back to simming, as it just isn't reasonable to spend an hour of my day per meaningless regular season game. Hilariously the stupid film room sessions still interrupt even when simming, so awful ><

Gonna be playing key games post ASG to make sure we keep at least the 3rd or 4th seed. Also I still havnt played against the Thunder, I need to experience the rage and frustration of that matchup before the playoffs

You would probably play the SG position from time to time with Curry as PG.

Drummond, who in reality dunks everything when under the hoop, is the softest little kitty on offense in MC. I'd pay 5000 VC to be able to slap him mid game and scream at him to go up and bloody dunk the ball! Stop with those strange looking post jumpers that get blocked 80% of the time, so annoying. The form he has in game is ridiculous, a 5'2 old lady could block it. He only ever dunks on lob passes.

When I was with the Suns my first season, Bledsoe and Goran went to the basket almost every screen I set.

I bumped up the setting, and now I see my team playing like themselves somewhat. It's only been one game, but I see progress already.

This game need Playoff stats badly. How could they leave that out? How am I doing? Who is leading in PPG, APG? No one knows because we forgot to include that information... Seriously 2K?

Shooting on HOF/sim is just horrible, 100% broken.
