I ended up staying with the Kings for a 2 year deal. That is because New Orleans didn't offer me a contract. They were the only team that didn't offer me a contract. I don't know if that is because I failed the tryouts with them to start my career. I wished I only got a 1 year. I was torn in either choosing them or the Rockets.
Checked Pelicans didn't get much better outsides AD. Rockets have more weapons, but not mad about decisions. The rookie class for my 2nd season is horrible. So, in my 2nd year of contract, I will decide on my future team.

Sometimes it seems like the game goes "You know, I don't think we're fouling enough; commit MORE fouls." It's stupid.

When the gameplan is to run the offense through me my teammates refuse to shoot eventhough I(the OCC) tell them to and it's a pass I made that should have them in position to score(dimer).

Does anyone else hate playing with generic face dudes? I'm in my first full season with the Rockets and for some reason half of my bench players are "made up generic face NBA players". I wish I could disable the draft stuff, I want to play with real NBA players not those fantasy guys...

I wish we could download draft classes for MyCareer. It would make the game that much better. I would not even care to much for the generic faces if they resemble that player.

Nah don't care to much for them since most are either reserved or a great player.

On my player I got a 88 PG (who's in his 6th year) who's won 2 championships, finals mvp, Ive got the 50 A+ teammate grade, played well over 40 games and still havent unlockes any of the major endorsements. Could it be that my game is glitched? Make matters worse I dont even get any cut scenes anymore and still no shoe deal! Whats the problem?

You have to play the actual games of the season to get the endorsements. Simming doesn't get you them.

No matter the shot type (easy layup, open JS), my teammates don't seem to shoot any better than if they are contested shots. If I gave the computer the open shots my team gets they would score 150 PTS! It is sooooooo frustrating as a PG! You can just feel when you KNOW that your teamates will miss every shot that YOU would get an assist on...yet if someone else passed the ball to the guy he makes it. It has NOTHING to do with the shot type either which just pisses me off.

The logic of the game must be based on several parameters that at any given time can override the rest. Like:

* Every team has a defensive average (like shooting percentage). If you go over that % it will start to override your shooting (whether it's contested, how far of a shot, etc) so as to bring you back to the avg.

*If you start out the game 7-7, the Logic will adjust to make you miss shots to bring you back to avenge. It's why at times you will just completely brick a wide open dunk. Has nothing to do with the shot selection because it is being overwritten by the "your too far away from your assigned averge". It is exceptionally difficult to shoot over 72%, especially if you are shooting outside.

*Assists and Rebound numbers: If you are getting a ton of rebounds or assists the logic will throttle you to bring you back a bit. If you get 10 assists in the first quarter the game will slow your progression which explains why your teammates start missing shots the average nba player would make 99% of the time. The same thing happens with rebounds. When I am on pace to set team/nba single game record suddenly the ball will start bouncing away from me. I lose all contested rebounds, etc. If playing 11 min quarters I will get 31-34 rebounds almost like clockwork. It is exceptionly difficult to get 35+. I can do it by NOT shooting...which is quite funny. The computer will make my defender lose me constantly and my teammates will keep passing it to me. I pass it back out. They will brick and brick and brick because I am messing up the logic by not scoring AT ALL. It's trying to adjust so I can score. I have had 7 rebound possessions before. When I DONT SHOOT no matter what...my rebounds will shoot into the 40's 50 is my highest so far (HoF difficulty).

I HATE having to cater to the game's logic. It is what is is I guess when it comes to AI.

Yes, the game (at least in MyCareer) makes no sense in terms of what goes in and what doesn't. Since the patch I seem to hit less shots in the first and second quarter, the complete opposite to where you couldn't hit anything in the 4th before.

Having said that, I just had a game against the Bulls with my Rockets (funny because this was yesterdays real NBA matchup) with a double overtime that we won because of a clutch shot by myself. Both teams were horrible though. I think shooting was way below 40% in most quarters.

And I have a question regarding PnR. Here is a video from me playing against the Spurs.

We are in a 4-1 formation with Space the Floor. I'm calling Dwight to set a pick which would open up the baseline for me but Ariza immediately comes over to get in the way. I'm guessing this is because of 4-1? Is there anything I can do to stop/avoid that? I'm having trouble with PnR in general. Frustrating because that should be the go to play... Any help would be appreciated. I watched Youtube videos but it always looks easier than it is.

You should've just ran your man into Dwight, and go towards the middle.

Started new Hall of Fame difficulty my career and I'm winless so far with the raptors. Everyone misses and my opponent makes everything. I thought this was fixed, haha.
