I can't stand OKC in this game.. To the point where I once resorted to cheesing a win myself by saving and resetting during the 4th until I got the win.

They really need to do something about the differences between playing with star players and playing against them though.

I could sort of deal with the cheese knowing that if I joined them or formed a big 3 of my own, then the shoe would be on the other foot. But not like this.

Thankfully it's only a handful of specific teams so it's not like you have to deal with it constantly. Still doesn't make it any less frustrating when cheese time comes.

Those stats are good but it's strictly off of your star status. You have to either be a all around star or all around superstar. Am a all around superstar & got the deal the team more in need of the position you play is the teams that give you the Max deal max meaning more then 3 yr try going for a 4 yr deal if you can.

Does that mean my center who is a post superstar can't get it since I have nothing left to put into jump shooting (maxed everything but that)

I can't be the only one who can't stand losing a match in this game, right? Your losses just feel so.. scripted. Or maybe I just don't know how to take a loss

What will happen if I play without the servers being up? It says I can make a new save offline or something. If I make a new save will the ruin my online?

I wouldn't risk it with a guy that I wanted to keep using. I'd make a test career and try it on that one.

Does anybody have a list link or video of what the stat caps are for each position?

Is 75 the max upgrades you get to use for your my player or can you add more later on?

I don't know about the link or video, but you ultimately get 100 upgrades. You get them as you play your career games.

It says this save file requires a connection to the 2k sports server for online features such as transactions. Would you like to continue loading and create a new save file that does not have access to the online features.

Then below yes or no.

Means no internet connection. Say no unless you want to play offline.

I have about 30 upgrades left on my PG IIRC. I'm in my second season. Any advice on how to continue building my man out?

Ovr: 81

Outside shooter: 17
Inside Scorer: 3
Athlete: 12
Playmaker: 11
Defense: 10
Rebounder: 0

Do I have to put any points into rebounding and insider scoring? What would be a good goal / ratio on the categories.

Posting for expert opinions before I stop running out of upgrades.

There needs to be an option like "I can't play with this person" or "This person needs to go" or "We need to pick up this person"

I know we're playing the game from a players perspective in this mode. But still, we need SOME type of say in what goes on trade wise. Prime example being, and this is partly my fault because I should've saw this. But, I wanted to play with Golden State, as a 6'9 SF, after I requested the trade and got it. I realized that they have a whole squad of SF. Now our bench consists of guys playing out of their position due to the number of SFs on the team, but the game hasn't forced a trade yet. We really need a backup PG, or backup true PF/C.

Sorry, not sure which direction you were going with that. You're saying I need to build out rebounding some or I'll regret it, even as a PG?
