So I got "the trade scene". I thought I saw Monta Ellis standing there in a Bulls uni, but was like whatever. Then I saw Hinrich and Mirotic walking out. I was like "****! are you serious, those two?!"... until I looked at it. That's actually a damn good trade for us. Unfortunately they have Butler coming off of the bench, so I'm wondering if he's going to play the point, but Rose, Monta and me in the starting lineup should be great for offense.



What position and difficulty are you playing? Although I've only created one player this year I have experimented with all of the positions in the mode through the years and player lock in association. The way I see it in terms of difficulty from hardest to easiest is SG, SF, PF, C, PG. If things are going well then hey so be it.

I'm in Mid January of My 3rd Season and still don't have a Shoe endorsement, Even after winning the Championship last season-_-

Rookie T-Mac and the Timberwolves took on the Spurs in the 1st round (8-VS-1).

We swept them! Games 1-4 we out-rebounded them, got the loose balls, shot better...just flat out were a better team. I'll tell you why we swept them and beat them by an average of 22. Duncan, Leonard, and Diaw were all out with injuries....lol. Also, in the 1st Q of game 1, Parker suffered a severe ankle sprain and missed the rest of the games. Overall I ended up lucky, but either way we advance!

Just when I thought it couldn't get worse up by 5 over Clippers after 1.. down 9 at the half.. were already down when I got back IN the game 3 minutes into the second quarter..

My SG cannot make a layup to save his life.. yet those stats are in the mid 70's now.. it was low 70's before it's pathetically BAD. I'm 5 of 16 shooting.. again a b.s. shooting performace from a 6'5 SG taking it to the basket uncontested half the time.. 8-8 from the line for 18 points 10 boards 5 assists of course. Only thing left to do in this season is TRY and half a double-double average.. boards are at 8.7 right now 15.1 ppg.

Teammate grade is always an A... as if it matters when you lose every game! I hate skipping/simming games and not getting any VC so I'm playing through this garbage to go the free agent route..anything's better than this..right? Playing through it to college 800+ VC each game..


The T'Wolves won't shoot a 3 .. won't fast break.. it's always get into the paint.. turn around and run the half court... it SUCKS..

Pekovic WAS having a career game.. 28 points the first 3 quarters.. .. well, he's got 28 points at the end of the 4th also.. all of a sudden the big man can't throw the ball into Lake Superior.

Team shooting again hovering around 40%.. 42% for THIS game..

With all the bogus going on.. I should say I'm *ONLT* playing on All-Star/Sim can't even imagine going up higher yet.

Looking at 'team interest' isn't all that appealing right now either.. Suns have 57% interest.. the Bucks 54% .. the Bulls are at 44% right now.. seriously hope that goes up.. I'd rather play with them and not touch the ball much if there's winning to be done.

Was looking around at attributes for a bit.. what's the difference between 'moving shot close' and 'standing layup".. or even "standing layup" and "standing shot close".. wonder if they're a combination deal and the reason I'm not able to make more than 40% of layups

My shooting is at 70 (3's at 69 right now, not even trying to shoot a 3).. while standing layup is 77 and driving layup is 74 so if it were just layup stats I would expect a 3 foot put-back after an offensive board to go in more often than not at a 77 for standing layup??

Maybe that's a funny 2k insider have you seen it with anybody else they probably did that for the people who came straight out of high school into the league cause Jefferson and KG didn't go to college

Somehow up 54-49 over Phoenix at the half.. this may be the blind squirrel finding a nut type game

Nevermind.. the game screwed me just like every other game that was close at any point other than 0-0.. lost 108-101.. it was a 13 point game in the 4th though.. a couple shots in the final 30 seconds are the only reason it got THAT close again..

Yet another game with ZERO fast break points.. to 10 for Phoenix.. again no matter who gets the ball on the break, most times they stop turn around and throw it to the top of the key to Rubio who starts half-court offense..

6 Suns scored in double digits in their nearly 60% shooting game. Pekovic is worthless in the 4th quarter..

Bennett, Dieng, and Budinger all sat out ANOTHER game.. amazingly Mo Williams played 12 minutes in this one.. but ONLY took one shot

Hall of Fame dif is garbage.

I reached the point where i would rather jump into the crowded paint than kick it out to anyone on the T'Wolves.

Losing every game by 2 or 3 points because my team cant play defense or make jumpshots.

Dropping 45+ just to keep it close every game.
1) Call for pick
2) Drive
3) Dunk
4) Repeat

Funny.. just got talked down by Kevin Durant before a game in the tunnel.. AND then on the court during pregame.. really? .. is he even THAT type of player?

Getting butts kicked by OKC.. not really a surprise obviously.. 56-39 at the half.. I can't even get a pass in THIS one.. it was 26-14.. yes.. 14.. after the first quarter

More stupidity from the game in terms of strategy and awareness.. Wolves called a timeout with 0.6 on the clock after a rebound at the end of the third.. what's the point just sub in at the 4th quarter..

Ended up losing 105-93.. +/- of -408.. yeah right.. I didn't see the last 2 minutes.. a starter getting subbed out at the end of a game that wasn't REALLY a blowout at that point.. ?

Dieng finally got in a game.. for 2 whole minutes.. as did Bennett..

May I make a suggestion?

I was having troubles on offense like you are experiencing. Even my free-throws would say: "slightly late/early" but would clank off the front of the rim like there was a lid on them. So I understand where you are coming from.

What I did was to purchase the Jordan free-throw, Jordan Jump-shot and Jordan lay-up forms. (2.5k + 1k +2k vc) Now, while I am still not Jordan himself, I am hitting my shots much more consistent. The timing is much closer to the way 2K11 and 2K13 forms were and now I am having realistic numbers for the types and volumes of shooting I am doing.

Another thing - If I am having a bad night (0-4 or 0-5) I will stop shooting and concentrate on other aspects for a quarter or two - that seems to get me back on track and I can usually get 2 or 3 after that.

Okay, so I created a thread the other day how I couldn't get a perfect release at all on HOF for MC but I fixed it.

Certain release forms are bugged. I was using "release 1" and literally no matter how hard I tried, I COULD NOT get a perfect release. I thought it was because HOF was bugged for releases. I also was MISSING over half my shots IN GAME that are wide open and also shots in the gym. It was almost like I didn't belong in the NBA.

So, according to this guy the default forms are bugged. IDK if this is true or not but it also is something to consider.

In March, close to getting the starting PF spot for the Bucks. I recently gotten the Screen Outlet Badge, and it does make a good effect on shots off screens. Most of our games have been close, mainly deciding on my plays. Once I can tone down illegal screens and defensive lapses, we play good.
I would definitely resign with them if given the chance. Our Frontcourt is really deep with me, Parker, Middleton, Hanson, Illysova. Our main issue is getting consistent scoring from Knight and Mayo, and perimeter defense.
I have to find a way to score more points. Don't want to start boosting my jumpshot in my rookie year. I might try to continue boosting Athlete and start facing up and driving.

There could be something to it.. though I did start making free throws.. and it's LAYUPS I'm missing.. and offensive put-backs after rebounding, from right UNDER the basket most of the time

No way I can go buy and equip all of Jordan's releases.. no matter how much fun that might be
