Bug - I purchased 35,000 while in MyPlayer, received confirmation that the payment was successful in the game and a confirmation from Microsoft that the payment went through. I also confirmed the payment posted to my credit card account. The 35,000 never posted to my Virtual Currency.

Mode - My Career

What happened/Trigger point - I am not sure and I don't want to throw another $10 away to attempt it again.

Occurred once.

when I play my first game , and save the game , im going back to main menu to play nba today and after one game im going back to play MyGm and when i want to load file and i push triangle to choose file , there is my save file BUT THERE IS WRITE "NO TEAM" and when i load this game im back in season after the game ive play as gm twolves , BUT IM NO LONGER TWOLVES GM , NOW IM 76ERS GM !!!!!???? WTF ????

At The 3rd Quarter My Players Shot Quality Is A D- Or An F Quality. No Matter If Im Wide Open. I Cant Make Any Shots Or Even Layups Or Dunks.

It Didnt Start Until I Got Volume Shooter Badge.

Platform: all platforms, all modes, all quarter lengths. I primarily play with 12 minute quarters, in which it's obviously most problematic.

The Bug: The bug is the mishandling of rotation based auto subs in the 4th quarter primarily. Quarters 1-3 are managed fairly well overall but compensate for the upcoming 4th. But in the 4th, starters play 90% of the quarter regardless of minutes they were assigned in both teams rotations. They are only subbed out very late if its a blowout. Theres a rare case that Ive only seen once out of 20 games where just one bench player players his appropriate minutes.

Example: rotation minutes for the Heat could be set as follows:
Chalmers-24 min
Wade-32 min
Deng-34 min
Haslem-18 min
Bosh-33 min

With default slider settings (Bench ultilization, lineup performance factor) the results with be:
Chalmers -30 min
Wade-36 min
Deng-37 min
Haslem-30 min
Bosh-36 min

With bench utilization set to 100 and lineup performance factor set to 0:
Chalmers-29 min
Wade-33 min
Deng-34 min
Haslem-29 min
Bosh-34 min

In the first quarter all 10 starters come out (sometimes all at once) by the 5 or 6 minute mark. After that though the subs are somewhat realistic, except the bench plays alot because they wont get minutes in the 4th. In the 4th, all 10 starters are back in by the 10 min mark and remain in the game regardless of minutes assigned or fatigue.
For all my tests under consideration, no one has been in foul trouble and manual subs were not touched once.

My workaround for the sake of realism is to manually sub in the 4th, however I obviously cannot do that for the CPU controlled team.

Occurrence: 100% of games played. Between 25-30 games tested.

Edit: Players assigned with no minutes do not play which has been a problem in recent years so hopefully any fix to my reported issue does not undo that.

I can't play anything. The game freezes everytime I get to the nba team logos!
How often has the bug been reproduced? At least 15 times

I was playing on the Parks when I got the message that said something like, "Your online services aren't good enough", so my player started walking off the floor and just keep walking, and walking and walking. I cannot recreate it.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Only once.

Whats the bug? Game freezes right before tipoff on exhibition games when the 2KU screen pops up. It's just a blank black box and there's nothing I can do to advance.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Exhibition quick game.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? It happens every single time I try playing a quick game. I get through the intros and it gets ready to go to tip off and the 2KU screen pops up with a blank area and just freezes.

How often has the bug been reproduced? I've tried playing five times and it happens every single time.

Whats the bug? At the end of the 1st qtr Kevin Harlan always says there's a lack of offence or something similar.Even when there's over a total of 50 points in the 1st qtr.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?NBA today,my league,quick game.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? play to the end of the 1st qtr.

Whats the bug? If you change the time from 6 minutes to ANYTHING else it breaks the crowd IE: They no longer stand and cheer for your plays and clutch moments at home. It also breaks player of the game. Making it unavailable at the end of the game. And thirdly, it breaks the on screen stats the commentators talk about. They no longer appear.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Checked. Changed it back to 6 mins and all the stuff comes back working fine.

On xbox one... Duplicate numbers.... My league.... Its happened twice once on my team where i traded for Wilson Chandler #21 and he kept his number but Shumpert was already #21.... I've seen it twice once on my team and again on another other season 3 in my league. I dont play every game, maybe 3-4 game per.

'Instant Replay Mode'

Whats the bug? Instant Replay glitch

When viewing the instant replay of an in game 'highlight' it skips the footage during those seconds in the replay mode..I posted a video to show what I mean.. Hopefully this can get patched in asap.

Whats the bug? All (in-game) 'stat overlays' not appearing in MyCareer.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyCareer

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? I have only played MyPlayer mode. Nothing else. I've played about 30 games, so far and I have NOT seen a SINGLE 'stat overlay'. For anything. IN any game.

The 'quick menus' do work, plus the score in the bottom right corner and myPlayer info in the top right corner. But nothing else.

Whats the bug: When presenting Jordan player of the game, if player made good move in first quarter then arena was full with crowd but in cutsceen at the end of the game when presentnig player of the game, arena is almost empty. All fans left at the end but emptiness stays in cutscenes before their home team started losing.
