I don't have the game yet, but if its like all other sports games you have to wait for the game to download onto your system.

The Heat vs Spurs game is there for you to play as the game loads.

Thats weird because there's no progress bar to see how much ive downloaded or anything

Did you check the notification /download section from the ps4 homescreen.

Edit : Works now, had to wait an hour .. Could've at least given something to show your progress..
