Starting a new GM game where I'll be simming the vast majority. I took the Bucks, and made a few moves. I found a roster that was close to opening NBA night, and had pre-existing injuries off.

All trades were straight from the trade finder, no adjustments rule for me basically.

*Traded Illyasova and Bayless for David West and IND 1st in 2016.

*Traded Pachulia and our 2nd in 2016 for Tony Allen.

*Signed Andrew Bynum

Using the Celtics, I'd like to make an improvement this first year. I will keep Marcus smart, sully and Bradley. Everyone else is replaceable.

That being said, (along with all of the Celtics picks) who, or what type of player should I go after?

Doesn't need to be LeBron or Melo. I was looking st Jimmy butler, I'd love to have him and have him play SF and resign.
Open to suggestions !

There are only 2 ways to improve the Celtics realistically, IMO. Either through the draft and tanking. Or by moving the 3 guys you mentioned as touchable and Olynyk. Because the Celtics have never been able to sign Free Agents in their prime. It has always been through the draft or a trade. Look at the big 3's they have had. Pierce (drafted), Allen (traded for), Garnett (traded for), Rondo (traded for), Bird (drafted), Parrish (traded for), McHale (drafted/traded for), Bill Russell (traded for). They have never been able to sign a great FA in the team's history.

But if you don't want to be realistic, go and trade Wallace to some team with cap space for a 2nd rounder. And you can sign a superstar in the offseason. IE (Anthony Davis, Lamarcus Aldridge, etc.)

Was messing around with trade machine with all the rumors of Brook Lopez. I came up with a trade but idk if fair or realistic.

I traded for chandler parsons. Not 100% sure if it will work or if it was all that fair.

Celtics get: parsons, JJ Berea

Mavs rec: Celtics 1st round. Evan turner, Gerald Wallace, and shavlik.

That is not at all fair. With that trade the Celtics are at the end of the lottery or maybe the 7/8 seed. Gerald Wallace easily has the WORST contract in the NBA. And Parsons is a good young player. Who Dallas just signed this offseason. Also with trading for Rondo the Mavs are all in this season, so this trade makes no sense whatsoever.

With Boston I would just make this season a wash. makes no sense to compete for a 7 or 8 seed just to be outside the lottery. tank this year, get a good prospect in the draft, and build from that.

My 6 game winning streak was snapped by the Cavs on New Years Eve. I'm sitting at 21-14. Everybody is happy.....everybody expect O.J. Mayo. He's getting 25 minutes a game off the bench but apparently that's not enough.

His moral keeps getting lower and lower. Should I look to move him or stick it out for the season with him?

If Prince isn't waived, would the 76ers be willing to take him and a 2nd round pick? He would see plenty of playing time with J-Rich being down for the season. I don't care about getting anything in return.

I am just going to deal him to the Clippers for Udoh

On another note in the offseason, if I was willing to trade 2-3 picks what superstar could I get in return?

I'm the Timberwolves towards the start of season 2. I played all the games and now that its season 2 and Thad Young is testing FA, I think its time I trade him away.

In my dynasty the Thunder wanted Marcus Thornton from me. They offered Lamb and Perkins for Thornton and LAC 1st rounder. I accepted because I get a decent young guy in Lamb and an expiring Perkins who I rly like from his old days in Boston. I lose my worst 1st rounder this year which isn't a big deal because I have a nice amount of picks, and MT was expiring anyway. Good/Bad?
