I hope they either patch in or give us the ability to use face scan with creating draft classes next year.

ok … i finally got it to work. i think i got better results than when i tried earlier today. far left is the scan (i think maybe i turned "freckles" on too). center are manual facial hair tweaks. far right is real life.



i think it's alright. the iphone selfie has a bit of a barrel effect, so you gotta account for that. the scan has a little dark splotch on my left cheek. considering most of the time on the hardwood you're not going to notice the fine facial details, it's pretty close. of course, those earlier attempts and scans show it can be a little hard work getting it just right, at least if you're as light complexioned as me.



i'm curious to see other people's results.

Is there some sort of list of tips for a good result? I would imagine lighting is #1, is a contrasting background helpful (dark background for us white folks)?

I'm pretty sure there are going to be a lot of douchebags with freaky scanned faces at the park lol. Might turn the game into rated R.

it gives you a kind of shadow of a beard with no length. with my guy, i decided to add in some computerized beard, mustache and eyebrows just to give it some more depth.
