Can somebody do a Kobe 9 elite hightop for next gen till they update it into the game??

This is what I made for 2K14. I'm going to try to rework it ....

Is it possible to get the icy blue look on the soles of shoes in the shoe creator, I havent had any luck doing this.

Sorry for the confusion, I am talking about the clear sole look that you see on some shoes like the Concords or some select foamposites I would provide pictures but I am at work right now.
