I've had the game for 3 days now. Check and see if you can choose instant replay.. if its grayed out then it wont be in a little while and thats a way you can tell its still unpacking files

Ahh I see. Would have been nice if the game let you know it was downloading something. i'll let it sit for a couple of hours.

Just get a game or two in to learn the controls and stuff so it can finish

In the notification menu its say's it's completely downloading tho...

That's why there's no notification. If it's downloading it would tell you, but unpacking doesn't have to connect to the Internet. Now that I think about it, the same thing happened last year. I'm guessing as you play you eventually get commentary?

Mine if fully finished. I started at midnight with no issues. Not sure why it's not working for everyone.

I'll take your word for it. But instant replay does work for me and I'm still stuck in Mia/SA mode, no access to main menu and no indications it's downloading anything else. I'll give it another 20 then I'll have to check on this before I leave for work.

Likely installing the patch. If there is a patch, it stops DL/installing the game to first DL and install the patch.

If your asking for suggestions to speed up the DL try rebooting your modem or if your wireless try connecting your Ethernet cable straight to your X1

PS4 tip.

On the PS4 dashboard, when you select NBA 2K15, hit the Options button.

Then go to Information.

It'll tell you your download status.

That's how you know how close you are to the full game — not just the Heat-Spurs demo thing — being fully available.
