No, not at all. But there are games I want to win without having to play. I only like playing 8-10 games in a season

What's the point of playing at all when you're just going to win the games you want to? It defeats the purpose.

Sorry, just my opinion. I wouldn't have a clue how to set it. In fact I haven't known there was a feature.

Early, very basic impressions from playing a couple games. I will have a more thorough article with my impressions in the next 24 hours.

        — Czar's work shows. Much less iso play and wasted time on offense. AI teams move the ball around and force your squad to play smart defense. It's refreshing and welcome.

        — The pace of the commentary feels weird. Maybe they tuned down the frequency of Kerr's commentary. Not sure yet. It feels like there's more dead air and not as much flow as previous years.

        — Furthermore, the jump from player introductions straight to the tip-off feels abrupt. I like the player introductions, and yet I miss the pre-game commentary from the broadcasters. (The true pre-game show with Ernie and Shaq is okay so far.)

        — I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the improved offensive and defensive AI. It's wonderful watching teams run pinch post to perfection and seeing the passing out of the pick-and-roll, for example. The weak-side corner three is a thing this year.

        — The playcalling on the D-pad is uncomfortable. I don't like it so far. It feels awkward using my left hand to carefully move the analog stick to walk the ball up the floor while trying to manipulate the D-pad (and R1) to call the play I want.

        — This game looks beautiful.

Maybe try using the Simcast feature and if you aren't winning close to the end of a game, then close the app and repeat as needed?

First game I played was Thunder vs Spurs on All Star Sim. Lost 91-83 in 12 minute quarters. Held them to 17 in the first but really got run around after that. I have newfound sympathy for James Harden because I certainly lost my man trying to play off ball defense several times. And Westbrook never got going offensively, they kept me out of the paint and forced a lot of pull up jumpers. Game truly is fantastic from a basketball perspective, between the movement, the contact, and the AI.

Something that really made me happy this year is they FINALLY instituted players that retire into the coaching system in myLeague.

Once you do that, his J is flawless
Curry has one of the fastest shots in the league. How was he NOT set to quick? O_o

I accept losses. There aren't certain ones I won't take because I know I could play and win easy. I get your point. But my point is that the option should be there if I want it

I love the physical contact when you get someone off their feet with a head fake.

can you not turn off autosave and then re-sim?

Sorry, don't have game yet to see where, or even if, turning off autosave is an option.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Why am I not surprised that this game is so horrid online. Knew the "engineer" announcement was too good to be true!

Gonna keep it short and sweet:

This is real basketball man, this is the real thing. Thanks to the OS guys who came aboard for this, its beautiful. Obviously its not perfect (I still shoot way too high % and some animations are ugh) but this is the best game out of the box you guys ever put out. WAY better than 2k14 on PS4, specially now that players don't bunch up as much and move with purpose. Loving it!

You can edit players names this year. I changed lebron's name by accident and it accepted it. Lol this may be a glitch

Bravo!! to the entire 2k basketball team. I have played more that 10 games in a raw in superstar sim, and so far the gameplay is absolutely amazing compared to 2k14. Could it be the best NBA2K to date?? Only time will tell but so far great job guys on the gameplay user vs AI.

If that's legit and not a glitch, that could have some pretty positive implications for roster creators. For instance, if a current face resembles a former classic player, that'd allow for an identity alteration, no? Thus saving a create-a-player spot.
