Got Deadeye! ItsJustaGame, you are now my new favourite user, lol! It's all about that contested shot animation. You revealed the biggest secret of this year's game, man! The badge is called "Shooter" in German by the way.

I also made 100,000 VC with my last game. Will check out The Stage for high rollers later. The next badges I go for are Closer, Unfazed, Bruiser (already started) and maybe Dimer.

Thanks a lot man, it was definitely a collective effort though. I basically tried to take everything I've read about Deadeye (which was tons), and make sense of it. The good thing is that now there shouldn't be any more horror stories of people playing 80 games or some crazy number for a single badge

The computer keeps blocking my shot out of nowhere on my reverse layups

The new patch made mid-air shot changes count now for Acrobat, if that's what you're going for. I just unlocked it and I didn't shoot (or at least make) any reverse layups.

I didn't see this posted in the last like 30 pages I read, but in case anyone is wondering, I'm trying to get on court coach and floor general on a power forward.

I have confirmed that you just need 18 playmaking to get floor general, despite 18 actually being mediocre in the passing stats due to the limiations of being a PF (like all 80's and 70 ball control?).

Have yet to unlock on court coach. I put mine up to 20 playmaking and have started to get my jump shooting up. I think it's 11 right now.

I keep seeing mixed opinions. SOme say you need max Jump shooting, playmaking, good coach satisfaction, and lead your team in assists + scoring. However, I've also seen people say you dont need max jump shooting. Has anyone gotten on court coach without max jump shooting?

Yeah, definitely! I already was on the higher end at 55, lol. But it's still weird that the first guy who mentioned he got Deadeye in a forum said that he did pretty much nothing else than to take wide open shots.

I don't know if this will help you, but I got On Court Coach on my SF right after I maxed out my Playmaking attributes. But this happened after my Outside and Inside Scoring attributes were maxed as well (I started with those and athleticism).

My coach satisfaction was probably 80, but I don't know if that matters because it varied heavily between 60-90 the entire time. E.g., after one game it would be 86, then after the next game it would be 73.

And as for scoring + assists, I think I was doing roughly 24 Pts and maybe 3 assists on average? I was leading the team in points but not even close on assists.

So... Hopefully you can get something out of that. The last thing I should mention is that my overall by the time I maxed Playmaking was well into 99, but again, I don't think that matters. In my opinion, what I think only matters is maxed playmaking and outside shooting, but obviously there's disagreement on that. It's tough to find advice on this one I think because a lot of players aren't grinding for a badge that's only use is offline, but I think it's great for getting other badges (dimer).

The best way to do it is on fast breaks. I do them off steals, and a few of those pick and roll plays.

The right numbee should be 80. People who dont get Eraser probably simulated games. Blocks from simmed games dont count.

I could only get Perimeter Lockdown with my PG, but I got Bruiser. Use L2 or the left bumper to play aggressive off-ball defense. Shouldn't take long. Try and "box out" players in the corners too. My athlete attributes were maxed also (strength), so was defense..

Thanks a lot brother . I will definitely try this out. I usually hold the Left bumper on defense. My problem is I can never get successful box out. I'm going to try to box out on the perimeter and in the post. Appreciate it fam

Whats a contested shot animation? The one where you have no control of your jumper whatsoever or the one where you get a little movement after a shot signifying that its contested? I got deadeye on my first career but want it for my second career.

For people who have deadeye, what did you do when your bored of playing MyCareer I can't play MyCareer for long. Did you take breaks, I want to play the park and the rec but I really want deadeye.

Thanks that actually does help me. Knowing I don't HAVE to lead the team in assists, I won't be killing myself every game trying to get assists. I imagine the criteria is something like 20 playmaking, 18+ shooting, and coach satisfaction 80+. I imagine leading the team in assists and scoring is just a product of having high stats rather than being a requirement for the badge.

Any info is appreciated because like you said, people don't really grind for that badge as it's useless online. However, I imagine it makes mycareer life so much easier, especially as a PF. Even with 100 team chem, my team won't pass me the ball unless I'm completely wide open or I spam it to the point of excessive call for pass. Also telling your teammates when to shoot = easy assists.
