If you're on Xbox, you can contact support and explain the situation. They usually give you a refund if it's your first time requesting one.

What drives me nuts is that they add stupid **** like 2ktv and mo-cap cheerleaders, but can't get the most important feature of their game right.

Ps here...talked to a chat support probably going to get refunded the game is unplayable really i thought 2k would fix the server problems and online issue after last yr but whatever

2K with these Sega Dreamcast servers...this is 110% insane.

Why they keep tying so much of the game's functionality to servers that seem incapable of hosting a website with a moderate - to high amount of traffic is an enigma wrapped in a puzzle, converted into a Jeopardy question, written in Bantu.

Meaning...there's an answer, but there's no way in hell anyone's figuring it out. Not even 2K.

This is the brand new P vs NP. Why does 2K insist on using an infrastructure that has been a proven loser, and fails them year, after year, after year.

I skipped 2K14 but bought 12 and 13 and while those had their issues, the games were still playable...this game isn't even playable for me! The only Ronnie tweets I've seen for this game are about the face scan...

My servers came back around 1130 for my team. Soon as they came back I opened a few of the middle packs. I pulled Duncan, Curry, Rose and Paul George in all back to back packs..

Has there been any mention from 2k as to whether or not our progress will be lost? I've checked as many 2k sites and twitter feeds as I can find but haven't been able to find any info. This is insanely frustrating.

Had this issue last night I took the game out and put it back in then run again and everything works out fine now...well so far
