I just deleted this game from my hard drive and sent in a refund request to Playstation. **** is broken for me, no time for this. Glad some of you guys aren't having issues.

Install it again! Don't give up on it so quickly.

I have no issue with calling out 2K. I do it a fair bit. Yeah, this game needs a lot of work, but the fundamentals to a great basketball game are there. Once it's patched a couple of times and people figure out roster and slider edits, it's going to be an absolutely amazing game. The OS guys that 2K have on staff now are on point and are trying their best to make this an authentic/fun game. I firmly believe that.

What do you mean still? This is the first year I have heard any body say that offline has input lag. For want its worth I noticed zero input lag the game runs has smooth has butter.

Nah, NBA 2k14 next gen had this as well. Especially on blocking and rebounding.

This is the worst part of the game and ruins all the good modes the game actually has. They could do the best Online Association Mode in the world, which they didn't, but the input lag is killing all the joy.

Me playing on ball D and sliding to stop the CPU going into the lane, comes out more than a half second later is''realistic momentum?''.

Me jumping for a rebound but the animation comes a half second later is ''realistic momentum''?


Me trying to block a shot but the animation comes out a half second later,resulting in a ''contested shot'' going in is ''realistic momentum''?

I never had this issue on last gen...Everything just seems so slow and sluggish on next gen versions.

MyCareer lags all day long I've tried numerous setting combinations but to no avail I'm still moving two steps behind the CPU, enough is enough 2K

It's been a big issue with both of the next-gen releases so far.

On last-gen there's no input lag and you can actually play on-ball defense online. Online on next-gen you just have to guess to stay in front of basically any movement.

how is thread not longer? this is BY FAR the biggest problem in the game

how can you play this game and cant tell there is input lag even offline? im sorry momentum/realistic movement theory is bs, it shouldnt take half a second for my player to respond to my input when my player is stationary and i only want to flick the right stick, it shouldnt take half a second for players to pass the ball when i press the pass button and another half second to receive the pass because of the unnecessary animation, players shouldnt feel like theyre overweight players who shouldnt be in the nba

Maybe not ever one is having the lag. The game was smooth to me and when I want someone to do something they do it has soon has I hit the button.

it's better than 2k14 no doubt but yeah it's still sluggish. I was really hoping for that last gen 2k14 type feel. It was hella smooth and responsive.

I only play offline but I notice it.

The shot meter is so broken its better just to turn it off.

Personally i think the issue is the combination of some level of input lag coupled with the animations that are unable to be broken when started and the momentum of the players. Which leads to a feeling that you are controlling overweight players moving through mud.

I hope at least the lag can be patched and the shot meter fixed. I know the animations and the inability to change movement after an animation is triggered won't be fixed, but as long as the former is fixed I think the game will function just fine.

I had to bump up my quickness sliders because it was driving me absolutely insane...

it's incredibly hard to get a good dribble hesitation when all the controls are delayed..

Since the input lag exists offline, is this even possible to fix?

Like, can a patch fix this?

Why input lag was placed in this year's game is totally beyond me.
