2k doesn't care about casual fans anymore, I cant even play each playoff game with my custom rosters, we should be able to use our custom rosters for nba today, We could for the last 5 years, why not let us this year, I was hoping to be able to play all playoff games this year, 2K is so lazy now a days

Agreed. Playoffs mode is a must for next year. I took a long break from 2k these past few months and got the itch to play again due to the playoffs. As I do every year, I organize both the East and West matchups according to real life and control all of the teams. I spent a good while looking through the menus and couldn't believe that it wasn't an option this year.

I know we can play the daily matchups on NBA Today, but it's not the same experience.

Hello again everyone! With the arrival of the patch, NBA2K15 has remained a great game in "HOF / SIM" ... The other modes of the game, perhaps have been too arcade, in my point of view!
Now if I think 2k16 should follow the lead of 2k15 (forget asap 2k14 ... xdd) fixing:

- The online leagues (we could play them again this year, but externally managed statistics, rankings ... etc). I think in 2016 should again be the great product that were in previous years (unfortunately already past). Recover marks Playoffs, celebration after winning the ring..etc (association? incorporate custom draft classes to the associations?)
- The stability of the servers that make some day enjoy a great experience juego..y other days, quite the opposite!
-Reduce Something fadeaway efficiency in the low post, fix the intencional foul Manual (this year inefficient in the game to be sorted by the player and not the cpu ...) .. and if 2k can improve physical players but I think this year was already very well done, and almost every action can be defended at last!

Biggest issue for me for the last 2 next games have always been ball tangebility and loose ball recovery.


1.) There is little to no ball tangebility...The ball does not have it's own physics and will morph throw bodies and physical objects like crazy...I have a million screenshots ingame proving so. Nba Live is superior in this aspect,no one can really deny that.


2.)Any time the ball is loose and everyone is scrambling to get it,the game picks the worse type of animation to recovery loose balls. Actually ALL the animation for loose balls are trash. I've seen the ball bounce off peoples faces like a pinball, one too many times on rebounds and I've seen players do jedi mind tricks to force the ball into their hands on steals...Please make it realistic,If I succesfully intercept a pass..I expect to recieve it..Not lose position because I deflected the ball and gave my man and open shot.


Last gen has it perfect by the way...Improving either these would be amazing.

Really important for me is bringing the Finisher badge back. It was in recent games and made contested lay ups at least possible. I'm not expecting to make every layup and I'm glad there's a challenge in scoring on them, but sometimes your player (specifically in MyCareer) will have a wide open layup and will wait for contact to arrive and it's an automatic miss. I have a guy who has 92 standing layup who can't score a putback against weak defenders because they're so messed up, so either layups need to be revised or the finisher badge needs to return.

In the same vein, the animation where your player will go for a dunk, and instead of going straight up will intentionally bump a defender and lose control of the ball in the air. I don't mind missing a dunk by hitting the rim but these are very frustrating because it never leads to a foul.

Why is shooting threes on hall of fame difficulty so difficult to do in current gen nba 2k15? Please make it easier for us to accomplish this in 2k16

NBA 2K16 Wishlist (MyCareer)

1. Let us play in March Madness in college to help determine draft status. (And u can play as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior)

2. Draft combine
• Let us workout with various teams depending on our statues in the draft.
• Have us go through different workouts that corresponds with our position.
• Let us do the vertical, 40 yard dash, etc

3. Contracts
• When we get drafted or picked up in free agency, let us be paid with a real contract with millions or hundred thousands, like in real life and not vc

4. MyCrib
• Bring back the crib mode like in ESPN 2K5 football, were we could upgrade it with out real life-like contracts and game checks
• The bigger your contract is and your endorsements the bigger and better crib you can buy...like Madden 06 ( I think) in the NFL superstar mode, your first year u start in a small apartment but if you make the playoffs or win Super Bowl the next year u have a huge mansion
• Make the home menu I'm my career mode an interactive thing, like you can walk around and explore your crib in 3rd person mode...and have a menu like Madden 06 or Def Jam Icons, were it had a barbershop, and etc but with NBA 2K it can have a barbershop, Footlocker, Nike, Jordan, or Adidas store, MyPark, MyCrib, and The Next game menu.

5. Endorsements
• Shoes - I think we should start off being able to any shoe, any brand but only when we sign an endorsement deal with whoever then we'll have the ability to customize them and we can still wear other shoes but with us wearing the shoes that we are endorsed by we actually get paid for it which would probably make us want to always wear that brand
• Creating Shoes - I think we should have better templates for like soles, midsoles, etc that actually look good (example: the Jordan 11 soles or Jordan 4 midsoles)...the option to have a strap like the KD 4s and 8s or Jordan XXs or a strap like the Nike Air Force Ones (maybe that's asking for much but I only play mycareer so I'll be more engaged)

6. Upgrading your player
• I think we should earn skill points to upgrade our players stats and vc to upgrade signature moves, shots, and anything else that won't affect your overall but will help the way your player plays

7. Player sculpting and editing
• Fix the face scanning or use the picture upload software EA uses
• body morphing...not everyone is lean/muscular, alone us to make chubby/fat players, give us body templates like Lebron, Melo, Chris Bosh, Shaq, Andre Miller, Noah, Nate Robinson, Draymond Green, or CP3
• More voices...not everybody sounds like a well spoken black dude...bring a lot of different nationalities maybe 3 of each (black, whites, Hispanic, Asian, German, Russian, Italian, and African) all different accents and fluency.

8. Offseason and extras
• Since it's NBA 2K16 let us if we're good enough to be allowed to play in the 2016 Olympics like Anthony Davis did his rookie year and if you're from another country maybe you can play for your country's team
• All Star Weekend - NBA 2K should take ideas from Live 06 because in my opinion they had the perfect All Star Weekend...have a Live-like dunk contest because the guitar hero thing is horrible and have a more fluent 3 pt shootout, add a skills competition and have the rising stars game with uniforms that aren't just black and white
• With me being a sneakerhead I'm big on shoes of course but I think they should have the real shoe colorways with the option to customize because honestly I rarely make my own colorways I just try my best to make already made colors, I think that Live 15 shoes are on point..

my biggest wish Is for 2k to stop all the hand holding and take off the training wheels for 2k16. they screwed up jump shooting after the last patch to Where everyone hits to easy and cold spots don't matter. everyone is glued to the on ball defenders to where it's impossible to move around the court and the auto Jumpshot contesting is just plain cheap. and needs to be removed from the game. I know they want to make the game more accessible but don't dumb it down to where the computer is doing everything for you

Better coaching in mycareer. Ever since mycareer has been a thing, the coaching has been horrible. Using plays when they don't make sense, horrible timeouts(2k15 is the absolute WORST with this), and for the love of god check me out if I'm the star player and it's a blowout in the fourth. I'm sure they're other things about the coaching that needs to be fixed, this is just off the top of my head.

Truer player dynamics,bigmen got screwed this year (C,PF). The SF's dynamic should see changes as the player gets taller. Be serious there's only two players in the NBA with that height and mobility of a SG. Shooting should be more realistic to eliminate the side to side cheese. fix the rebounding and fix bigmen finishing down low. the park perks could have been more balanced.

Most of what I would want has already but mentioned. But my favorite positions to play in NBA games are the 4 and 5 and right now playing as them is awkward. There are too many awkward lay ups and lay ins with players who should should just be shoving their balls in their defenders face and raming it on them. Example being, using Dwight Howard or Hassan Whiteside. These guys should be jamming it on smaller players. Right now unless you are 100% open and take a few steps toward the basket first you won't standing dunk. You'll just do some weird lay up animation.

Aside from that, lets see some damn tangibility and no warping. Right now there are tons of moments where a play skates on the floor (Like literal ice skating). Things never touch. Players posting each other up, there is always gaps between them. When you block a shot and go into the replay you'll notice your hand never touches the ball. The ball tends to go through players a lot. Players get sucked into each other. There is no tangibility in this game and that has to change. As far as warping goes, that needs to be fixed. Tons of hitchiness by the players and the ball because nothing moves fluid. Nothing makes it more evident than John Walls signature size up. He dribbles with his damn forearms and the ball just warps to his hands

That would be fine if it wasn't called once in awhile. But several times a game the above happens.

The warping and tangibility issues being fixed would help make this game much better than it is. Seriously takes you out of the experience when you realize there is no contact at all and there are invisible barriers between everything. I've played this game nearly 900 hours so I've noticed a lot of things like this.

Hopefully the PS4 version will have the Player of the Game and signature highlights work if full 12-minute quarters are played. This will be the 3rd iteration on the console. Really no excuse for that feature not to be available/not working.
