        Currently have it at 10 while close is 15. Mid range and three pointers are at 75 and 100. Going lower than 10 might mess things up, but I'll try it out.


        Edit: I'm talking about sliders, not roster edits.

          cool, just to be clear im not saying there may not be an issue with the aggression players show after a rebound, but its important to be accurate.

              it's a problem. for me especially in mycareer... where your player gets tackled out the sky the ball goes one direction the player ends up on the floor or the media row beneath the basket locked into a 10 sec animation to get off the floor and complain to the ref... while the cpu is going down the floor on a fastback for a layup, meanwhile you're getting hit with a turnover, leaving assignment, score after turnover and bad transition defense penalties because you were murdered by the help defense.

              meanwhile, the cpu on the other hand... nearly anytime they miss a shot they go to the line. it's free points, and coupled with the magnetic offensive rebounding the cpu has where on every missed shot their entire team turns into Dennis Rodman, Charles Barkley, Ben Wallace, Bill Russell and wilt Chamberlin on the glass and Mark price, John Stockton, Larry Bird, Ray Allen, and Rick Barry at the charity stripe... you're talking about adding 20-30 free pts to the cpu's tally.

                it's a problem. for me especially in mycareer... where your player gets tackled out the sky the ball goes one direction the player ends up on the floor or the media row beneath the basket locked into a 10 sec animation to get off the floor and complain to the ref... while the cpu is going down the floor on a fastback for a layup, meanwhile you're getting hit with a turnover, leaving assignment, score after turnover and bad transition defense penalties because you were murdered by the help defense.

                meanwhile, the cpu on the other hand... nearly anytime they miss a shot they go to the line. it's free points, and coupled with the magnetic offensive rebounding the cpu has where on every missed shot their entire team turns into Dennis Rodman, Charles Barkley, Ben Wallace, Bill Russell and wilt Chamberlin on the glass and Mark price, John Stockton, Larry Bird, Ray Allen, and Rick Barry at the charity stripe... you're talking about adding 20-30 free pts to the cpu's tally.
                What level are you playing on? Im on SS and MyCareer is the only place I can get consistent calls.

                  Hof and ss sim... I rarely get calls in comparison to the cpu even though I play a slashing/attacking the rim style. the cpu consistently gets dozens more freebies than I do.... calls in general. usually anytime the cpu misses a whistle blows.

                    Yeah I don't play on HOF because of the ridiculous stuff that happens but on SS, I play as PF and use the pump fake and get foul calls.

                      Im currently grinding out VC on HoF/Casual in my career...Do NOT do this if you want any semblance of realism or fairness from the computer.
                      Anyone with a half decent jump shot will shoot 75% or better. Post shots are unstoppable and uncontainable. They make Noah look like Prime Pau Gasol.

                      I went from joining the Raps to the 2nd round of the playoffs in the first season (SS/Def) to going 7-23 in the first 30 games on HoF/Casual.

                      But i must agree, fouls do seem to get called at a higher clip with one's myplayer.

                      Like someone mentioned earlier in the thread, i think its tied to the Contact sliders. I love the physicality in the post but at times it seems like its too much. Defenders slide into animations and cause contact that probably should but doesnt get called for a foul. Those Botched Dunk Anims are great but rarely draw any calls.

                      You know, im watching some good park games at the moment and i'm seeing a lot of foul calls...

                        I'm playing the jazz right now... I've shot a total of 7 freebies.... they've shot 21....depsite their entire offense being jumpshots and mine being slashing and attacking the paint and feeding the post.

Also put "contest shots frequency"for both cpu and user all the way to 100.

                            I only, however, started to actually record notes of the issue in the 2nd quarter a game where the Hawks were playing the Raptors. I was the Raptors. I decided to start tallying how many times both teams went to the basket and fouls were called at about the 5th minute of the second quarter. I kept note ONLY ON CONTACT ANIMATIONS SHOTS

                            Both teams ended up going to the line for a combined amount of 10 times. They however drew a contact animation 83 times.

                            That is a serious problem. Don't know if that can be patched but to go to bucket that many times and only get the whistle blew 10 times?

                            That's a serious problem. For those of you guys who are able to draw fouls and cpu is also drawing fouls, please share your secret.

                              The only way to get this issue fixed via patch is if enough people speak up about it. Im a sim-head or realism nut and this is a game breaker for me right now.

                                Well it sounds like they need to patch the foul frequency slider. I can understand at default not having a lot of foul calls. But for us who want the true sim experience, we should be able to set the sliders and ave them work.
