        Not to mention how a player ages really depends on his game, guys who rely on their athleticism DO generally show decline in their late 20's. FYI just edit the potential attribute to a few guys problem solved.

          This is just me playing with some of the sliders. No real thought about the outcome of my slider changes.

          Player progression was set to 45
          Training effectiveness was set to 51

            Ok that is wired because that already looks a lot better then normal for this game and those sliders are not that far form default and yet it looks a lot better. I don't know how that could fix it but it looks like you may be on to something there.
