I think he means for the best looking sleeves so he won't waste VC trying them out.

The shark and cards are really visible on the legs
I have that skull the mermaid and the spiderweb on 1 arm because they all connect that way.

And on the ther other I have Phoenix, Crow and then the Clock one.

Looks really good to me. And in cutscenes. I have the sun and another no my neck I forget tho
