When is it time to finally start a my gm?

At what point do you guys decide to finally go with a roster and start a my gm? With the new rosters coming out all the time and waiting on shoes etc.....I just don't wanna start to early or have to restart...

I just started a fresh one. Wait till the league is about 10 games in.

But I'm a simmer, so I start a new one often.

The latest roster update has some nice changes to the over hyped teams. Toronto and Charlotte now play closer to real life compared to the initial rosters.

But Westbrook always win MVP the first year of my league.

I've started a couple before but right now I'm not playing one--at this point I'm waiting for the patch. Don't know if any changes will require a fresh save (I suspect the body parameters issue they fixed will), but I'm waiting to be sure.

I don't usually use the live rosters. I started a few weeks ago and I'm now in the first round of the playoffs.

I just don't wanna start and then they release new faces like they evidently just did (DeAndre Jordan ) and then need to start over

Yea...I haven't even started mine yet. (MyLeague).. Probably gonna wait for this rumored new "patch" to come out. Plus, I have to tweak ALL of the players attributes & sig shots..etc. Not a big problem tho. I'll wait, have patience everyone, it'll be worth it.

The day SimWorld and Sapp/Dreece/Blindsidez drop the SimWorld roster and their first class. Other than game not worth playing IMO. WAY TOO MANY ISSUES with 2K created draft classes and their default roster. Have watched most of their streamed gameplay and game looks beautiful. Bigs getting love (ie tendencies fixed), accurate number of fouls being called, etc.

Unfortunately this only applies to xbox owners It's really too bad rosters, draft classes, and the like aren't easily transferable across all platforms.

Its always the case that patches apply to existing saves, so Ive already started.

Ya but if they fix faces which I think they just did fix a couple then u are left out if u started too soon....unless u don't care

Yeah, I can do without that and accessories. I did my own edited roster and Im really happy with how the CPU is playing.

I just need the patch to increase fouls and CPU 3 PT attempts

You don't need a patch for that. Just mess around with the tendencies and playbooks. Ask the simworld team what they did because their roster has increased 3 pta's and fouls called.
