Biggest improvement for me after patch is how much better the CPU plays me on low difficulties. I like playing on Pro/Sim (if I can) because there is no possible way I can feel cheated by the CPU. It doesn't even give me an option to think that because its on the base difficulty.

Before patch, routinely beating anyone with anyone by 20 pts. Now, I lost 2 games in a row in MyGM playing as the Bucks, both against elite teams on the road (LAC, GSW), then went home to blow out the 76'ers, squeak by the Mavs, and then get beat in a close game against the Heat.

A lot of variance from game-to-game, and I am loving it. I can finally play the CPU offline, without feeling slighted at all.

Guys PLEASE help. My game still won't update, the last update (I checked on PS4) is from October. I'm based in the UK and I don't know if that makes a difference, but I really want to play the updated game.

The patch is only available on ps4 in the US only on console

Well to be honest they are not telling us anything that we already don't know but at least now the ball is clearly on Sony's side .

This is getting beyond a joke now. Come on 2K....a simple statement as to what the current situation is, is not that hard to ask? Five days now and no Xbox One patch.... What is going on?

Why do people expect some announcement or status update in procedural bs? What are they going to say? "We are still going through Sony/Microsoft/2K QA red tape and have no idea when these people will get their heads out of their ***..." That's pretty much what it is happening. I'm sure that won't malt anyone feel better. We know the actual patch work is done. We are playing it right now. The rest is the submission process. It's a huge patch so I'd bet there is some localization issue or something related to region differences.
