Having trouble shooting since patch

Not sure if its me or not. I used to get several perfect releases per game but havent gotten 1 in 4 online games. Anyone else experiencing this?

im having trouble shooting 3 pointers. even wide open, they do not drop as frequently as in the past. the mid range jumpers around the paint are still wonky too. dont even play this on superstar or hof with this new patch. i went 3-14 with kobe. i took a nice amount of wide open shots that normaly drop for him.

shooting and also dunking for some reason after the patch I cant dunk like I could pre patch...I do play on hof but still I have noticed a difference

Yeah I'm seeing a lot of people brick wide open shots at the Park/rec lol.

IDK if the Patch made defense better or shooting even more tougher, but either way I kinda like it. If I ain't scoring , you ain't scoring. Just played my first game user -vs- user 12min HOF/Sim & the score was 79 to 87. I shot 44% and he shot 37%. Both went to the line like 20+. When it came down to it I made 7-18 in 3pts ( Beal, Pierce & Butler) & he went 4-16 with the Splash Bros.

So far so good with the Patch, but Beal did go 6-22 in the game, so shooting is tough.

It's Bipolar. I just went 6 for 9 on Park. I WISH I could do that consistently. But I switched to Ray Allen's shot.

Just gotta work the ball around more man.

Pick and rolls in this game open up so many more options after the patch.

Make the right pass. Make the defense pay. At least thats what's been working for me.

Yep. Shooting is definitely different. I'm a legend and I shot so poorly earlier it was surprising, you can't just shoot entire game now. You have to drive more and mix it up and get your team mates involved and make sure they touch the ball.

I usually score around 20-30 every Rec game and I had back to back 10 point games after the patch where I was missing every open shot because I was settling for 3s. I started driving and using the 3 more selectively and I'm back to my 20-30point average.

I also notice you miss around the basket a lot more and more and-1s too.

2k ****ed up the shooting. Quick releases feel like they're on normal. My 3pt rating is 95 and I'm bricking wide open stand still 3s in the park. I thought ballers were supposed to have a shooting boost? Another lie. My friend has dimer and I'm still bricking. Shots that are right on the midline of the shot meter are bricking. I'm bout to just stop playing. Why tf did I even spend time becoming a legend if I'm just going to brick shots like a ****ing rookie. Should have never bought the game digital.

Overall I like it. Just gets annoying when the defense sags off all game and you can't make them pay .
