Sounds like it. Not sure why they couldn't simply state that there was an issue with patch 3 and we resubmitted it. At least we know that seems to be the case.

Because that would involve them admitting to a mistake which they've never done... Because they're perfect.

So that means they lied. They resubmitted the patch and that caused the delay.

I would have so much more respect for them as a company if they would admit this and explain what went on. Transparency will help build our trust.

.....and the Live patch just dropped on X1. That is the third patch that was submitted after the 2k patch (GTA, Live and Golf Club) that has been approved before the 2k patch.

So much evidence that they lied:

- Ronnie's most recent post.

- LD stating that on Thursday we were still under the 14 day timeline and when called on it for being incorrect immediately walked those comments back. He then claimed that he uses the 14 day thing as a buffer.

- People reporting that LD said the patch has been resubmitted during the livestream

Whats funny is that I'm still irritated about this even though I'm now up and running on the ps4 and playing with the patch (FYI, the patch is great offline).

They used this site to perpetrate a lie and dont even have the decency to apologize to the users they've lied to.

So let me get this straight. 2k has been telling us that we've been waiting on MS. Yet, NBA Live (which doesn't even hold a candle to the 2k brand) dropped a patch for XB1? So 2k must really think that their customers are either very very stupid. Waking up to this news really insulted me. I don't have a twitter, but I'm about to make one so Ronnie2k can get a piece of my mind. This BS is getting out of hand. The lies. Their lucky I can't speak with them face to face, I'd give them a nice punch in the dick. That would be heard worldwide for all my XB1 users. This isn't right. And while they play their 2k's post patch, enjoying the beauties of it. We are still playing this decent game. Yes, I said decent because everybody knows that this game has issues. Yes it's still fun. But I didn't pay 60.00 bucks for decent. I wanna amazing. I wanna play and damn near have an orgasm, that's how great it should be. Straight BS.

I really really thought today would be the day we saw the X1 patch.... How wrong I was!
