Does anyone here have ANY idea what this means cause I'm thinking about deleting the game and reinstalling it to see if maybe since overseas ps4 users got the patch with the shoe issue fixed maybe that's what it means but can anyone else try to interpret what his means... "If you had a custom shoe issue after Patch 3 on PS4, get w/ @2KSupport. They will sort you out. On XB1, it won't happen after Patch 3."

Yeah i'm tryna figure this out too, i filed a report or whatever on the 2ksupport website, since i don't have twitter, and i got an email saying they received the complaint and they'll get back to me asap.

So i'm waiting, hoping to hear something.

I assume it means it's fixed in the Xbox One patch WHEN we get it and present in the original ps4 patch. I assume it was fixed in the rest of the world ps4 patch?

They get a response because they spent money on VC. Jerking us around is fine because they can use the MS excuse and we arent paying for the patch. If they screw around with people who paid money for VC or products bought by VC....they are facing a lawsuit

I did the same thing as soon as I seen the tweet & still nothing yet. I went into the 2k shoes from the settings went to look at the Kobe 9 elite high top now those damn shoes look like they came from out of PS3 or Xbox 360 nba 2k15 when just yesterday it wasn't like that. So I need to hear something from them asap cause if they gonna convert certain shoes and other things to how they look on PS3 or Xbox 360 then to heck with this game real talk cause how can I hightop Kobe 9 elite on next gen go back to looking like the damn previous gen hightop Kobe 9 elite shoe. I really need some clarification on what to do because of it's gonna stay looking like a previous gen shoes when we're clearly on next gen then forget this game. So I wanna know do I need to delete this game and reinstall it again cause this don't make no sense.

Let's not overlook the fact that Ronnie's tweet about the shoes issues seems to confirm that the patch had to be re-submitted by 2K, which they said never happened.

I'm no lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but would it really be worth it to sue 2K over something like that, even though it might be justified? Lawsuits are a lot of work.

Not that I'm having a go or anything and I do appreciate if you have spent money or whatever on them but I don't get this obsession people have with shoes etc. Maybe it's cos I'm from the UK and it isn't our main sport. I just want a realistic game of basketball which this patch gives us.

Exactly my point. Now when you go into the damn 2k shoes to Edit certain shoes for example the Kobe 9 high elite they look like how they look on PS3 or Xbox 360 like what's up with that seriously! It was fine yesterday or day before that I believe & now look at it. Seriously what's going on.

There are those who can identify every detail about a sneaker from 10 miles away and need authenticity in their game, and then there's people like me, who wouldn't bat an eyelash if everyone in the game had generic black or white sneakers.

And there's really nothing wrong with either mindset.

That true... I'm with you but I do understand especially if you had them and now they are gone. I just wish they fixed the regression issue.... To me it's more important. I can't wait to get my hands on the patch from the gameplay point of view......whenever that may be!

US PS4: < 50%
Euro PS4: < 50%
Xbox One: 0%

Either the shoe glitch is getting people, people don't have the patch at all, or some other glitch is happening.

For such an awesome patch, this is a colossal train wreck.
