Don't get me wrong. It's not like I look out for it lol.

and you're right It really means nothing. Won't effect my view on the topic or my desire to read it.

I just seen it as someone being a douche.

I mean what's worse. me calling out the douchiness of someone feeling the need to low rate an arbitrary rating system that means nothing in a few words in a tongue in cheek manner.

Or someone getting so offended that they felt the need to hate rate the thread through it's arbitrary rating system that means absolutely nothing?

It's not the result, its the intent.

Now that I've explained my reasoning on something so silly I feel like a complete idiot. thanks! lol

    man I'm bored.

I swear I play a different game than most.

1.Cpu dribbles the ball till the last few seconds and hits circus shots with consistency. Either behind the back or another animation that cant be interrupted and shot attempt. I play great onball defense.

          2. They dont play basketball majority of the time. Its lets play the animation game. Lets make you slide(momentum), fall off the rails for an easy bucket.

          3. Cpu bigs can score off putbacks and other post moves with consistency. My bigs are useless, any cpu defender within 5 feet forces weird animations. No point doing post moves, cpu picks the ball no matter the defender.

          4. Suction cup 50/50 balls for the cpu. I play superb defense and never get rewarded. Rare time I do all 5 cpu players are back before I cross the half court line or get bumped animation. Majority of suction cup 50/50 balls lead to easy cpu points because teammates are out of place and love to leave people wide open.

          5. Hands flying through balls. Dont even need to dig into that. Horrible band aid fix to to many blocks in past games. Still want to know who approved this.

          6. Cpu in general is just predictable.

          7. Biggest issue. All teams play exactly alike. No team is different. They got the player animations down pack(have been that way for years) but teams are very similar.

          8. Defense is blah and very unrewarding. I feel no difference between Lock down perimeter/post defenders and scrubs. Fastbreak defense(user team) is just horrible.

Stale is the perfect world that describes this game. Anyone who doesnt see these issues are very lucky people. Wish I had blinders.

I dont blame 2k though. I blame online players who ruined the game for the others.

Why I play. Need my bball fix. Its an abusive relationship and I keep coming back.

Nothing about this game feels organic. All predetermined.

All i can say is...if you're someone that get frustrated EASILY, DO NOT play this game. This game has so many flaws that it's going to make you want to cuss at the game for either not doing what you want or failing to simulate what you perceive as real life basket. If you play this game for fun and in a non-competitive manner, then it's a cool game. But if you're competitive and hate losing online, you're going to cuss at this game A LOT!! I had already played about 600 online games and won more than 400 of them and i know this game has too many "you got to be kidding me" flaws.

I wouldn't dare touch online with 2k. Ill play the first few days before the anyone is settled in.

I really do feel sorry for mycareer(cpu teammates) and online players. Can't imagine what the input lag is like once people know how to exploit it.

Eve something as simple as curling around a screen, receiving a pass but dribbling to a layup isn't possible (the curler always jump stops when he gets the pass).

It's really hard for me to play a sports simulation game when I can't simulate what my favorite players do.
the part in bold above is incorrect. if you hold the left stick in the direction the receiver is moving just before he catches the ball and keep holding it forward, he will seamlessly catch the ball and continue dribbling without stopping. this is one of the great things about 2k15, because you couldn't do that in previous years, but 2k finally gave you the ability to queue up a "moving catch" by holding the left stick forward as the ball is received.

i agree with fast players being too slow on the break. many times i've been ahead on the break with a fast player like Lillard and had a defender catch up to me who shouldn't have been able to. and i was holding turbo. i have been complaining for the past few years that the "full sprint" speed in 2k basketball is too slow and doesn't accurately reflect how fast these players can move at top speed. 2k just needs to bump up the top speed that players can reach when you're holding turbo (especially on the break).

Re: 2K Gameplay is too stale/basic

The reason fast breaks are not as swift as they should be is the online cheese or cherry picking that would be abused if it were.

Remember 2k10 had realistic speed on the fastbreaks and 2K was swamped with complaint after complaint about cherry picking exploiting online?

After that fix was patched in, fast breaks have been screwy ever since. This year, it has improved but just as in the last few years, it is improvement in small increments.

The biggest lack in this regard is the lack of defensive "leaking" or "shading" of perimeter players - 2K can't really allow this or the online abuse would be overwhelming.

nothing forcing you to read them

if people keep posting valid complaints...maybe they will get fixed

No one forced you to read any of my responses earlier (including this one), but you did, disagreed with what I said , and responded to it....and that's fine...this is a forum...not a new concept.

I was just suggesting putting them in the thread built for feedback instead of putting them in multiple threads....especially when it's the same complaint (sometimes word for word) you've posted multiple times, or isn't on topic....not every thread is an itemized complaint thread..
