Bought VCs, nothing in the game

Hi there guys, yesterday I bought 10€ of Virtual Coins but nothing happened in the game, zero. I contacted 2k support but nobody is answering. What can I do?

after you submit your report tweet them the ticket number. They tend to respond to tickets faster if you tweet them.
