Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
Finally got deadeye. Funny thing was I was about to give up so the game I only tried 10 contested shots or so. I was surprised when I got deadeye. Then I decided to go for posterizor the next game. I only did 2 or 3 contact dunks and a lot of lay ups but I got Posterizor after the one gameFavorite Teams:

This is wrong, for deadeye you need to be playing on all-star or higher, I'm also fairly certain the same applies to closer as well.Comment

Only equip dunks that elicit the contact animation. The tomahawk category is a go-to here.Comment

Closer is difficulty irrelevant. And Deadeye's algorithm "might be more difficult on rookie/pro" but does NOT necessitate it.Comment

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
Going for Shot creator now, hope I can get it by just doing pain jumpers. Got Fade ace a few days ago. Those along with Master in and Out and Stepback Freeze are the last badges I want on my SF before I go to my PG.Last edited by TrustedDegree4; 01-31-2015, 05:24 AM.Comment

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
I recently decided I wanted to add Drop-Stepper to my list of badges, although I already have tear dropper, I seem to be open for so many drop steps I would think it silly not to add it to my arsenal. Besides that I am still battling for Hustle Points at the PG position (I have tenacious rebounder), but I only get about 7 minutes per game when I am in as a SG to really make a legit attempt at that.
As far as drop stepper goes, does doing it out of a post move apply to getting it or is it like Fade Ace where you have to take the shot without engaging in the post position for it to count towards it?
Fade Ace was my first real shooting badge outside microwave, volume shooter and unphazed (which I received all within the beginning two weeks of my point guards career). I recommend it for everyone as it made things like stepback pro and post hoperator a piece of cake to obtain. Plus post fades and Fadeaways in general are so damn handy.2k16 My Team:
PG: CP3, John Wall, Kyrie
SG:Klay Thompson, D.Wade, Kobe
SF: LBJ, Melo, PGeorge
PF: Blake, Aldridge, Duncan
C: '06 Shaq, Cousins, Bosh

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
I am pretty sure you need 10 upgrades to get 60 Pass Accuracy. I did check and it was a long while ago.
However you can check for yourself, just create a new save, during your tryout game just go to the park and go to the upgrades screen.
you will have to buy 15 rebounding upgrades just so you could get this badge, which seems like a waste as you rebound just as good with a max athlete.Comment

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
I hate that since I'm trying to stay away from Volume Shooter, the most shots I can take per game is 24. Would be much faster to get these shooting badges if I was not avoiding it.Last edited by TrustedDegree4; 02-01-2015, 07:01 AM.Comment
