Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
On superstar casual. I'm literally throwing up shots in people's faces . Only played 2 games and hit 40 contested shots. Also I'm only taking threes. I tried 15+ ft long two pointers and didn't get it . My shots were always A- now they are B or Below mostly Cs.Last edited by Rockie_Fresh88; 01-17-2015, 11:21 AM.#1 Laker fan

Big Al, Walker, Stephenson and Paul Millsap rarely get more than 25 shots on mine as starters and bench player rarely get more than 10(15 tops). Big Al and Walker average 15.9 and 14.7 FGA as option 2 and 2a. Stephenson average 11.4 FGA. Paul Millsap averages 7.2 FGA with us.
My role players Hairston, Cole, Roberts and Vonleh average 6.6, 4.2, 4.3 and 3.7 FGA.

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
I played all games on SS/Default and almost all my shots were 2s close to the FT line after walking into the defender to force the "push off" animation.
Also used the "Screen Outlet" badge on most of my shots, and i guess therefore i never hit under 50%.
Now i need shot creator and tear dropper and i can finally stop playing mycareer ^^Comment

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
You simply need the contested animation, and the grade is generally a B something. There's certain animations which trigger when the shot is contested. I used MJ's shot and it's quite evident when the back foot staggers.
Lobmob showed a method by which you walk into a defender, you're forced to use your off arm to push off, shoot then and you usually get the animation.Comment

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
Volume Shooter has some of the dumbest requirements. It only takes 8 games of 25+ shots out of a total of 82. I checked my stats and my first 25+ shot game was 8 games into the season and the rest were 7, 5, 8, 3, 4, 7 and 6 games apart. I could see getting the badge with like 8 consecutive games of 25+ shots, 30 25+ shot games in a season, averaging a certain number of on the season, or having a high number of FGA combined with a low FG%. I don't see how a player that averages 16.4 FGA, 9.5 APG and shoots 61% from the field is a considered a "volume shooter". If they're gonna keep the badge system, they're gonna have to seriously look at and readjust some of these badges.

Got Low Ego and Pet Move Size-Up on my Center. The low ego replaced my all time great. Is this a bad thing?Chicago Bulls

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15
It's a meaningless thing. It just means your assist to FG attempt ratio is high. If you ball hog, you'll get all time great back. I have a question about badges in general to everyone. Do you upgrade to gold for every badge? And do you think some Badges are glitched? I remember in 2k13 the 3rd level Finisher badge was glitched. Level 1 and 2 were fine. So it's not crazy to think some might be glitched like tear dropper. I'm rolling with bronze Badges on my new guy because I'm broke but I haven't noticed a great difference. Has any experimented with bronze, silver and compared to gold.Comment

If you just started year 4, then you've not played with the same team for 4 years. 4 years with a team would be the end of the 4th season/beginning of 5th, not the beginning. Maybe even more since your rookie season starts near the end of the season.Comment
