Gee, thanks. It would have been nice to have this earlier, but better late than never I suppose.

My rebound average is 14-15 a game at PG with 4+ boost in rebounding with tenacious. Mine only fires when boxing out bigs due to my athleticism, I won't ever win an in-air battle with them.

It wasn't till after game 15 of my trying for it did it unlock.

You can get hot a number of ways. It can be on either side of the ball also. So if you're concerned about your shot count, lock down on D. Get a ton of steals, blocks, tipped passes, forced turnovers, etc.

On the offensive end, anything can take a warm player to hot that raises your grade. Try a long 'Unlimited Range' 3. Any big dunk, work on Posterizer perhaps. Alley oops, either passing or finishing. Assists are huge. But always be the focal point when the offense scores. If you take even 1 trip down court and get no positive teammate grades for the score, you can lose your hot streak. Run all plays through you. Pass to assist counts as a positive play and will keep your streak going.

This is a repost by me from earlier in this thread for all those asking about Unfazed. Please see about the details. Pretty simple if you grind for it.

What's weird is I got Unfazed at every position quite easily but then I decided to redo my PF and I'm in the playoffs 39 games in and I still don't have it.

Re: Earning Badges in NBA 2K15

Just got deadeye within 7 games on Superstar. Just need Master in and Out and I'm done with my SF. Ima go for this on my PG once I'm done with my second season since it did not take that long. Now I can go back to my regular playing style of attacking the basket.

I had Stepback Freeze since All Star Weekend and just got floor general, so I guess I have one badge left to go and Im done with my SF.

Closer is a must have badge to have for MyCareer or the Park/Rec. It not that hard to get if you play on HOF or Superstar. Your shooting become more consistent in the Clutch with it. I usually hit like 2-3 3s in a row with this badge at the Park.

It helps you break people ankles at the park. But you won't really notice it unless you have a high playmaker and your opponent has a low defense.

so I am new to the forum (can't believe I had no idea these existed for gaming!) and I have been reading thru all these comments, finding out quite a bit, so thank you! BUT what I read also left me confused! I see people saying a lot about how to get rid of or not get Volume Shooter. Why? is it just harder to achieve some badges, or does it actually not make it possible? And if for say VS badge pops up when I for say complete one of the requirements for deadeye, having the badge pop up prevents the shot from counting towards the deadeye badge? or am I just looking too far into it?
                      thanx, Brooke

Also, question in upgrades available for attributes. It says I have 90 of the 100 upgrades unlocked. So when I am buying the attribute upgrades as they come, (90of100) and I am also upgrading these badges to gold as they come, is upgrading my bagdes to gold, preventing me from getting more blue bar uprgrades on attributes? i am only getting 1 upgrade available after a handful of games, and its moving so slow I feel like! But anyways, is there a point when upgrading each "silo", where you no longer can add and buy another bar? Like I understand there is about 20 blue bars in each silo, but if I have for say 14, 8, 19, 12, 17 blue bars in the corresponding silo's, and I am a PG-All around, can I continue to put my upgrades on the 14 jump shooter silo regardless?

VS makes getting badges like Microwave and Unfazed difficult since you have to go about it a different way. Those are the only badges I know that it makes difficult.

That thing about Deadeye not popping up is not true. Whenever I hit a shot I see Volume Shooter and Deadeye both pop up. The only badge I know that makes Volume shooter pop up twice is Corner specialist. Also Volume Shooter is the only Badge that pops up on a Miss shot.

Badges do not affect your attribute upgrades. So you could make all your badges gold if you want, since you earn a new attribute upgrade every 7 games. So you only have 10 upgrades left for your PG.

If your just want the attribute upgrades then you could foul out of your games until you get them.

I'm not gonna work on this badge until I get Deadeye so it might be a while.

Am I going for deadeye right? I'm mainly taking midrange shots, and I'm walking the ball up waiting for contact to shoot it on Superstar. So far I made between 30-50 of those shots in the last 2 games. So I'm hoping I should have it in the next 5-10 games.
Yeah, holding Turbo flicking towards the hoop is Master In/ Out. Finished up all my dribbling badges last night. It took me 3 games to get In/ Out & step back freeze. I focused 1st half on In/ Out & 2nd half on Step Back freeze. I should have just did 1 game on In/ Out & another game on Step Back. Probably would have opened in 2. Live & learn I guess.

For everyone wanting to know how to perform all moves, shots, defense, etc. Go to NBA Today on homepage>2KU>Controls It will break down everything.

Also, don't be surprised if your teammate grade looks terrible for most of the game trying for dribbling badges. You'll get 'Hold Ball too long' a lot.

I'm sure you've figured out how to upgrade your bronze to gold. But it's Y on X1 from the attributes screen to access and see all your badges. From there you purchase silver & gold. Takes about 1500 VC to gold up each badge.

Every 7 PLAYED (no simming) games you will earn 1 attribute point. For whatever reason, if you've maxed out your attributes and have to earn them each 7 games it will show zero attributes. Just highlight which discipline you want to upgrade and add the 1 attribute you earned.

Once you've reached that 100, you're done. So be prudent what you add attributes to. You can't max all 6 disciplines, you need to be selective. Look at the list at the beginning of the thread. If you add attributes properly, you'll unlock badges just having your attributes set up and play the desired amount of games. For example, I just unlock 'On Court Coach' by just having Max jump shooting and max playmaking. I didn't have to do anything special. Also, you can earn 'Lockdown Defender' by just having the right amount of defense attributes and playing 30 games (no simming).

Is there a way to do contact dunks or dunks in general easier? I have 15/15 dunk animations equipped and my dunk is a 95. Athletic discipline is 20...he rarely dunks. 6 foot 9 SF with 18 defender discipline too
