1: allow the ablilty to change how many games you play a season from 82 to 56 or 29.

2: allow ability to play on any of the NBA teams in all 5 position depending on how good you are and weather tryouts or draft.

3:ability to practice plays with team and build solid chemistry.

4: ability to turn off cpu season trades to stop the bad trades from happening.

5: ability to receive roster updates in mycareer while in a current season without having to start over each time there is a new roster update.

6: ability to get refund on vc if you choose to start over your career with a different position with out losing all your vc whether by buying or earned.

Combine the bold part to an option to disable cpu trades AND deactivate trade deadline to receive roster updates which are displayed as trades in-game

I would do that, but with offline and online. For instance, I only play MyCareer, and occasionally some MyGm/MyLeague, all offline modes; other people only plays online modes like MyTeam, MyPark, etc. If you want just one mode (offline or online), it should cost you 35-40 and add 20-25 if you want to play the other one later. If you buy both at the same time, make it a bit cheaper, like 45-50. Also, if they could reduce the overall prices a bit to make the game more affordable, it would be great, although I don't see it happening

Also, try to separate offline and online MyPlayers, meaning that you could be a 90+ in MyCareer if you want, but if you want to be a good online/MyPark player it should be more difficult and laborious ; that way, you would limit the "cheesers" who would spent a lot of money to make their player 90+ right out of the gate in MyPark.

        1. While I don't think I would use it, I know some people who wouldn't mind to. It's tedious to play all 82 games. Might be a good option to have.

        2. Playing in all 5 positions? Not all players are like Lebron, lol.

        3. That's would be great. As other user mentioned, make a new kind of scrimmage; instead of stupid objectives, practice some plays or systems to improve knowledge of your coach, teamates and to raise chemistry.

        4. Hmm, that wouldn't be good in my opinion, that would be too unrealistic. However, 2k should work hard on CPU IQ to prevent some abusive/stupid trades, although seeing some trades made lately in the real NBA, perhaps some of those happening in MyCareer aren't that unrealistic

        5. That wouldn't be good either, Yeah, it sucks that a player "explodes" in real life (Hassan Whiteside, primer example) after you start a MyCareer, but it would be unrealistic and unfair to artificially change it that way. However, 2k should work in a way to make progression be possible within a season. For instance, if a player with a 70 overall starts to play better in the game than previous years, his overall should go up according to stats; if he gets better in shooting, make his shooting attributes higher; if he gets better at assist, make his passing, even dribbling, attributes better. That way, it would a bit more realistic than wait until off-season time to see an improvement. I know it's not easy, but it would be great

        6. That would interesting to see. However, it would mean that you would get tons of "free" VC and you could get your player to be as good as your previous one was right out of the gate, with no effort whatsoever. It would be unfair and "cheesy", to an extent, I think.

Not all 5 positions but the ability to "respec" to any other position.
Right now the only way to play in MyPark as PG or C is to sink time into leveling both of them.

In FIFA (and now in Diamond Dynasty of MLB 15 The Show) you are free to change your player to whatever position you like him to play. All of your earned stats are added to the base stats which are determined by your height, weight and chosen position.

And base stats are not the same for different positions. That way they also act as attribute caps. For example, base rebounding stat could be 50 for C and 25 for pg. And you are limited to earn 45 rebound points max. So when you switch from your maxed C with 95 in Reb to a PG you'll see that your Reb stat has dropped to 70.

Re: Official NBA 2K16 My Career Must have "WISH LIST"

CPU abides by the same laws of physics as us and has same skill/abilities on both CPU team and player team.

*** AND the same brains. 9 of the 10 players on the court are CPU controlled, but only the 4 on my team have been transplanted with the brain of a house fly.

Fix this and it basically fixes 90% of my peeves with the current MyCareer mode. For example:

              1) CPU runs near me on a fast break, I get the contact animation and slow down... I run near the CPU on a fast break, I "bounce" off the CPU and move backwards. (This also occurs when defending drives against the CPU, or on offense, driving against the CPU)

              2) I draw a double team (PG and C for this example) and run to half court line, pass to my completely open center... My center does the slowest possible move (one time doing a Hakeem dream shake with nobody behind him before doing the slow layup animation), somehow allowing the opposition center to run from the half court line back to block/foul/contest him.

              3) I get the contact animation, and can't pass the ball until I finish the animation. The CPU gets the contact animation, and can always magically break out of the animation whenever they want.

              4) I fight my way into position for a rebound, box out, and whichever CPU is behind me (shorter/taller) manages to jump through me or over me and get the rebound. The CPU doesn't even have to box me out... if the CPU is even standing near where I'm heading, I magically can't move past the body and sometimes even slide backwards on the ground (or even in the air) as he gets the rebound.

              5) I fight my way into position for a rebound (usually offensive) after passing the ball to a team mate who is either open or in a good position for a shot... He waits until my player somehow decides to get OUT of position into a post up animation to shoot, or until I get an offensive 3 second call (which I can't get out of because I'm stuck in an animation).

              6) I double team a CPU player, and it takes ages for his "double team" animation to appear and cause the lowered pass accuracy etc. Most of the time, he passes out of it casually either before or after the animation (his accuracy doesn't seem to be affected). If I get double teamed, the animation can trigger BEFORE the CPU even reaches me... and even if the animation isn't triggered yet, my passing accuracy is already like a blind dude in a rave trying to play beer pong. The only successful double team as a player is to hopefully manage to get a jump ball... all other outcomes usually are in the CPU favour.

              7) Insert your own peeve here.

Re: Official NBA 2K16 My Career Must have "WISH LIST"

We should do a roll at the start to determine our starting attributes something similar to what the older madden games used.

Not exactly like choosing your parents but something like a dice roll or a little mini game that helps determine your starting ratings. It's kinda complicated to explain it but everytime you do it could determine your ovr the highest being 72 and the lowest being 50. It would also help determine your draft projection if you get a low overall rating you would be undrafted, high overall rating you are a top pick, and so on.

So it wouldn't be abused since people like to always start with high ratings maybe limit it to 3 retries.

Love this thread MC is by far my favorite mode... Here's my list in no particular order!

                    1. Ability to edit all players in MC

                    2. Ability to use custom rosters/ draft classes

                    3. More in depth MC as far as offseaon goes ( league updates, player movement, etc.)

                    4. Have our earnings mean something... ex. Allow us to buy homes, cars, jewelry, etc. with earnings.

                    5. Make MC deeper overall more in game interactions with my player and others in the league

                    6. Ability to choose to be a role player, star, or specialist

                    7. Draft combine/D-League ( play bad get sent down)

                    8. Make stars play like stars... By this I mean if I'm on the Cavs I shouldn't be the focus LBJ should and he should play like it, not defer to me.

                    9. Ability to select jersey ( This one is huge)

                    10. MORE PLAYER BODY TYPES PLEASE!!!

                    11. Better tatoos and accessories also ability to layer thos accessories as well as edit sock length. (Another biggie)

                    12. Allow us to buy a shoe and wear it right away and the if we get an endorsement those shoes are free.

                    13. More endorsements and incentives... Also have those endorsements be more indepth and involved in the actual game play during MC... Like a commercial during a timeout instead of the crappy clay models of cheerleaders boucing of beat to soft rock lol!

                    14. Ability to fire/hire different agents or an agent rating system... Better agent = better deals; better deals = more money

                    15. Make MC completely offline (wishful thinking)

                    16. Make AI more responsive and more fun to play with.

Those are off the top, but I'm sure I could come up with more! I've got my fingers crossed for sure tho!

More dynamic defending: I don't enjoy playing against OP HoF difficulty but scoring on lower levels can be way too easy. You should have to more effort into scoring even on Rookie.

                            - Separated stats between the Park and the Jordan Rec, and a whole lot more of them

                            - Ability to view the box score for both teams at the Park and Rec

                            - Give teammate grade a lot more weight when it comes to earning Rep and ranking up

                            - More MyRep ranks and the addition of leaderboards

                            - Make the Rep system more strict when it comes to maintaining a certain rank -- for instance, the way it is now, once a guy hits legend 3, he can lose 100 games in a row and get F grades in all of them, but he'll still have his legend 3 rep status. There should be some type of "safe zone" where a player's rep will teeter on how well he continues to play; if he plays really well then he'll keep climbing up the safe zone, but if he plays poorly then he could potentially lose his rep all the way back down (theoretically)

                            - Penalize the players who stay out of bounds on offense in the Rec or set screens under the basket in the park/stage

                            - Severally reduce the shooting percentages in all arenas

                            - Reduce the time for "hold ball too long" and increase the severity of the reduction

                            - Make dribble moves use up player endurance, especially the absolutely ridiculous moves that a guy can do 30 times in a row every time down court without breaking a sweat

                            - Jordan Rec single-game records

                            - Private Jordan Rec lobbies

                            - Jordan Rec tournaments build in the game for users to sign up for and play on a regular basis (not just the MyPark Championship)
