2K15 is the most fun I've ever had playing a basketball video game. So no, I won't be boycotting next year's version for anything 2K15 related.

I very may while skip next year because even though this game is a great playing game the player regression progression thing in MyLEAGUE is just about a game killer and there is no way they didn't see it. All it takes is on simulation and you can see just how bad of a problem it is like 5 minutes after turning the game on. So there is no excuse for it. For some reason I couldn't vote on this don't know why.

I'll tell you this I may be done buying all games period this gen. It's not just NBA 2K it's all these next gen games getting released in a garbage state. Someone should be suing all these clowns for releasing game breaking bugs and not fixing them. The only game I see getting patched like crazy and adding tons of content is EA's UFC game. Why can't the devs be like those guys?

I'm going to preorder 2k16 as soon as it's available I have my issues with 2k15 (mostly shot blocking) and yet I still enjoy the game.

I also preordered other games as well knowing full well that the games will not run smoothly at launch. I'm a fan of those games though and I actually have some patience. If the game is not working properly then I just hop on another game that's in my backlog and play that till the new game gets patched.

Then you should be done with games this gen. Gamers shouldn't be completely absolved in the matter, given how quickly something gets labeled as "game-breaking" regardless of genre. I'm not going to argue whether the issue is real or not but from what I've read, it's debateable at best. But it can be worked around. It's a pain to do so and somewhat impractical, but it can. Too often gamers ask for the ability to do something; then when they're given that ability they feel they should have to use it. Those that beg for different sliders only to say they feel they shouldn't have to use them, come to mind. I'm not trying to minimize the issue; just saying it shouldn't be labeled as game-breaking. Let alone boycott worthy.

Not to pick on Madden, but my fave sport is football. If I could edit every player to get them to animate/game to play mostly in the manner I'd like, I'd do it in a heartbeat - I wouldn't sit around waiting for Tiburon to do it for me. But I acknowledge part of my willingness to do so is because I haven't had a football game I've enjoyed playing for almost 10yrs.

I'm just gonna be honest, IF the game really doesn't satisfy you and the problems it has bother you that much, you're absolutely justified to boycott it. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, and in fact, if you really don't like the game that much, i think you'd be stupid to turn around and buy it after complaining that much(which a lot of people do)

For me personally, i've been buying nba 2k used since 2k12(2k11 was the last one i bought day one) because i didn't like how the series was going. But i honestly am really impressed with nba 2k15, i don't really have any problems with it so far(was the game bad before the patch?), and at this rate because i like how it's going, i'll probably actually go back to buying nba 2k first hand.

Also, i'm gonna say this. It's dumb to say people complaining about the game are whining and just being babies are over exaggerating or whatever. These people obviously have some issues with the game that is messing up THEIR personal experience so they have a right to complain. I think NBA 2k is really damn good this year, but i'm not gonna act like people can't have issues with the game, or if they do they're whining or being too picky or whatever.

If you like it, buy it, if you don't, speak with your wallet. Simple.

I think boycott is the wrong word, I commend the OP tho. More people need to be honest about this game, now whether your going to buy or not is a different matter. 2k has a trillion problems but Live still is not a replacement yet. I am not holding my breathe tho. I just accept 2k for what it is and when I get fed up then I'll stop buying. Thank you and God bless.

To be honest since Live came back I will not say 2K is heading in the same direction as Madden. Live will gain support back over time. And 2K will have to keep trying to be innovative if they want to keep the lead they have over Live. The only reason I can see for Madden doing some boneheaded stuff is they don't have a competitor in the market. And I'm going to say this and let my thoughts in only this post, I see not much wrong with Madden. Yea you can complain about sim stats. But play the game with sliders to get stats right. But the only real issue I see is that there are no penalties called.

If you think they are coming back, you're mistaken. It's been 7584838 years. 2K will continue to innovate and improve, but it's a business. Seems like nobody seems to understand that.

People will never be happy, there will always be room for improvement in anything.

Some of you are acting like 2K reached in your pocket and stole your $60. If you think this game isn't worth that, then you have no business spending money on games. There are so many modes, features, improvements, etc.

Just my opinion. Boycott all you want but don't post a thread with a loaded, overly slanted survey.

Completely disagree with this but I'm not really trying to debate on here.

I think for the most part they listen to the community, 2K especially this year.
