This title for the thread is so misleading. If you go on any of those players IG's. You'll see that there is no cover of them on 2K16. I believe nothing from 2K has be revealed about an NBA 2K16 release. But if they hold out on saying nothing about 2K basketball until E3. Even if the cover isn't revealed at all I'm starting to think 2K lost the NBA license.

Again...expecting ANYTHING simulation to come from MyCareer at this point is just unrealistic

As is the case lately: we disagree. MyCareer should be one of the most SIM orientated modes there is. It started out that way, it is what made the mode popular to begin with and 2k should look back to its roots for improvement.

Please everyone watch Shake4ndBake's most recent YT video proving how fake those cover images really are. It's truly a disgrace to see people believe KD would be apart of the cover again smh

I didn't say expecting simulation gameplay from MyCareer was right or wrong, I said it was unrealistic. Coming off of a year with story based scripted injuries and comebacks I would argue that MyCareer has been an RPG mode for quite some time now (at least 2 years) this mode is clearly made to drive VC revenue, not be realistic, and we may not like it, but it is what it is.

I hope they do a complete overhaul of the arenas! The arenas have always seemed bland compared to the NBA Live games. There has never been much detail in the 2k arenas.
