    Passing in general is terrible. Especially pick & roll passing. I used Harden to throw a lob to Dwight and DJ Augustine who is 6'0 just swats the lob without even jumping.

    And I completely agree about the pump fake foul. I usually pump fake when I pass to the corner and most of the time a defender jumps on my player's back and stops his momentum when trying to drive baseline. That's an obvious blocking foul. But it's always a no call. Also, when you're in the paint your defender tackles you when you pump fake and it's called a foul on the floor. It doesn't even give you an opportunity to go back up.

      I submitted a list to the developers about gameplay changes and this was one of my top fixes for 2k16. I suggest a new seperates rating for a passing and receiving alley oops. This way only a few players in the game will be successful at scoring in this manner. I shouldnt be throwing them in a halfcourt set to JJ Berea lol. There needs to be more logic to them

          Yeah they screwed up the pump fake system, think this started last year. But i have no idea who thought that having someone bite on a pump fake causes you to be sucked into some dumb collision animation where you get tackled by them. Either let us draw contact on the defender and try to get a shot off, or get around them. No reason for it to be the way it is, and in a way it lessens the consequence of biting on a pump fake. This is fundamental basketball.

            You should be able to push into the guy catching the ball and initiate a foul.

              or at the VERY LEAST give us the opportunity to press the shoot button to draw the foul without COMPLETELY taking away our control...but that got shot down (for whatever reason) so I'll pose the same question, when have you EVER seen someone just crash into a guy and them not either get around them or at least attempt a shot!? Not only would this help get shooters to the line (because 2K doesn't call fouls on jumpshots) but this would also help to balance out the FT numbers. Also, when it happens under the basket man...come on, I have never seen a non-shooting foul under the basket on an offensive rebound lol.

              Anyways, these are two things that honestly can't be fixed by sliders, and I would love to see it fixed in 2K16...




              I agree, this has always annoyed me and is unrealistic as well. Very rare you see a player block the alley oop pass, but in NBA2k, it happens the majority of the time. Im fine with players fumbling the ball in the air and it not being successful as it helps with more turnovers, but the blocking the pass needs to go away. My guess is the devs do this so online players aren't able to abuse the alleyoop, imo theres a few stupid things they do because of online players that really hurt this game from a realism standpoint. Ive always felt the lack of fouls, and lack of realistic turnovers is because if they made it like it is IRL the online crybabies would be crying to no end about all the fouls and and all the turnovers.

                  You know what else has to be gone...PERFECTION.

                  Players with no lowpost skills or strength could easily back down a defender without stumbling or mishandling the basketball.
                  Big men with no lateral movement can easily quick step while playing defense. please let attributes really play in for 2k16...because everyone play's the same in my eyes.

                  The shooting % should be remodel. the real good shooters can shoot from all different ANGLES...right shoulder, left shoulder, pressure shot, ending big runs shots, contested shots...etc. not because you have a 99% 3pt or med jumpshot doesn't mean you can hit timely shots. I would have two new badges..ALL ANGLES BADGES...AND...ALL TIME SHOOTING BADGES. we have clutch badges but it should be for clutch playing.

                  I just want to see more mistakes in game play for both cpu and user, it's just to perfect.

                    I actually do not agree. I think the hot/cold zones cover this well enough, yes I'm #SimNation, but there comes a point where it's just too much. Some of us don't even have time to learn the guys's release points let alone the angles... (which is why they added in Real Shooting %, funny how that ended up being the more sim option) but yea I would like to see more non forced turnovers from both the USER and the CPU

                      Hot/zone are players sweet spot... Cold/zone are players trouble spot. Any NBA players should be able to make open jump shots. Before I say this...the Shot creator badge is really skill for clearing space or a small window to take a shot. not because you have that badge you have advantage of making the shot. Now for Angles shots...some NBA players cannot drive left or right and pull up from different angles and make the jumper, it throw off the rhythm and timing of the shot. if 2k continue to show no love for the defender..we'll it's time to penalize the offense as we'll, and Shot timing/Real fg% shouldn't really matter. because think of it...if we know a player can't shoot while driving right hand, I would know he is driving to the basket or crossing over to the left to take a jump shot. But for the ANGELS shot takers who are skilled and known for making tough shots shouldn't be a problem making those jumper's.

                      Remember the difference between higher levels.

                        IMO the badges are a problem in general,in several different ways.
                        Some never seem to work at all, and others seem to take things to unrealistic levels.

                        Personally,I feel if they toned down the bonuses some of the badges give you, and maybe made them more position specific, it would be a step in the right direction towards eliminating some of the unrealistic junk you see without requiring a major rewrite of the game engine.

                          This thread is perfect. Honestly, alley-oops are only ever blocked (and when they are blocked it's extremely rare) at the beginning or end of the oop pass. It would also help if we had realistic pass trajections and possibly larger courts/baskets. Players still seem a bit too big which is why spacing seems still too little because of this. Spacing would probly help the oop passes being blocked

                            As far as fouls go, I feel like 2K wanted to add more contact that sim heads have been asking for for a while but now I think they went overboard particularly with the combination of some of the ugly animations.
