For those asking about strips/defense, I have spoken with the defense team regarding big man strips. Happens too frequently imo, and that's a convo we've been having for a while now as well. The post-game should be very rewarding for those that master it - and I know the gameplay team will continue to improve upon that.

I can only imagine the joy of dominating in the post and dunking on my opponent without steal spamming interrupting the flow

Well based on your post, you want players with poor footwork to have a higher chance to lose the ball or travel. And I just pointed out a player with ugly footwork( Blake griffin) who necessarily shouldnt have a low post control based on his footwork and how it looks. He was just the example you gave and the easiest to describe

What they should do is use the available tools to decide how turnovers happen. If a guy doesn't usually travel well that should not be a reason.

          http://on.nba.com/1xsz6U0 Griffin video T.O.'s
http://on.nba.com/1I7u3bO Griffin movement chart of every T.O.

Again NBA.com is very sick with the updates they have made. You can watch every T.O. or maybe just the SportsVu ones a person makes by just going to traditional stats. Sick either way.

Just a little more infomation Griffin only turns the ball over 9% of the time on post ups.
Cousins it is like 15.4% of his post ups he turns the ball over and 17% for Dwight.

So one way the post game gets balanced is by T.O's, bad passes, offensive fouls stripped, blocked, dribbling out of bounds

Would change the game. But I just hope 2K doesn't overdo it like they seem to do sometimes. I should still be able to steal the ball from if the big is putting the ball on the ground while other players are around the ball. Don't make it damn near impossible.

Thanks for the link, Steve. I guess this is part of the "smoother running 2k16" The post-up game can always be improved, so this is good news.

This will be perfect using Hakeem Olajuwan if the Rockets are still in.

make sure the defense is no subject to all these canned animations making my defender jump without my input. I could block so many shots if crap like this didnt happen. I am Clint Capella

Besides the post fade glitch, the post is pretty much worthless on 2k15.

I just hope they work on the knowledge of the player. There's no logical reason how every time i make a move deep in the post near the baseline, it always ends up being out of bounds

You gotta have few go-to moves. Mine are with centers like Dwight, Hibbert, even with guys like Randle - bump, bump and hook shot. And with guys like Booz, Kobe who have good fade is bump and fade or stepback. Also if I have slower guy, for example if I get matched up with Randle v Brook Lopez I post up, go to triple threat, jab jab and explode.

if they're effective cool. butu we still need player size to affect how they play
