Right now Skin textures imo. There should be more of them especially in the CAP mode. EX: There should be another slot or two between skin tone 3 and 2.

It would also be awesome if we could combine certain characteristics of existing players to create a player or simply use existing players as a template. Example: Use dirk as a base and have the ability to edit features such as hair, eyes, ears, etc.

EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

That's why 2k need to hire people that has a passion of creating art colors and creating them the accurate way. For example the people from NLSC would be perfect for something like this. Look at what they done for the ultimate base roster for PC.

Or they can give us the power to edit the colors ourselves is another option.

To be fair the legends were a focal point later in the last gen consol versions. Jumping to next gen they revamped nearly the entire league. I'm sure at some point the legends will get the attention they need.

Current HDMI cables support it easily, it's just manufacturers not putting true 2.0 inputs in their sets for who knows what reason. Probably because it hasn't been finalized.

oh yeah. would it be too much for clothing to have movement on the blacktop/park/rec?
and the warm ups. make those look less painted on, but don't make them look like velour jump suits like the competitions game.

Not really a graphics thing, but I would like to see 2K incorporate some of the MyCareer stuff into MyLeague/MyGM. I'd love to see shoe, Sprite and Gatorade commercials every once in a while. Some generic and some featuring star players. And aerial shots that show billboards featuring a star player inbetween quarters. Or to see/control a press conference after a big game. It could be used to create rivalries and such.

I don't think there's any specific area in which I feel they need to improve graphically outside of created players generated by the game. Outside of that, I think they are pretty solid in the graphics front and I couldn't ask for more in that area.

                        1. For me the most glaring need of an upgrade in visuals are the courts and crowds. There isn't a lot of detail in the hardwood floors compared to the other game. I want to see scuff marks, shadows and light bounce off from the court if that makes sense. I feel this would really give the game some life to the atmosphere.

                        2. Lighting
                        3. Skin textures

I will give examples later but how do the rest of you guys feel about this area of the game?

For me, I feel like graphically NBA Live 15 looked far more realistic than NBA 2k15. But with that being said, 2k15 looks beautiful. I just believe the colors are too bright and vibrant, compared to NBA Live 15's more realistic colors and looks. And NBA Live has greater detail to courts and how much better they look. NBA Live has far more game play flaws than 2k does, 2K is the all around better game to play because of the smooth play and better customization of players, roster, in game action us smoother, etc. But from what I've heard NBA Live is correcting those issues with Live 16 and I am purchasing that one first just because it is graphically superior to 2K. If 2K can tone down the color vibrancy and make the colors looks more realistic then I believe they'll have the absolute perfect game. From the smoother game play to implenting college teams in its my player, I think those improvements would push the game over the edge. And presentation wise, NBA Live blows 2k out of the water with its ESPN presentation. I absolutely love the halftime stuff it has, showing highlights, top plays, stats, who's hot and cold, 2K has nothing like that and I feel like they should. Get the TNT group or something under contract and do something like what Live does and it would be amazing. It's going to be very interesting to see what these two games look like when they come out. If Live makes the improvements it says they're making and they're actually successful, they could be back to giving 2k a run for their money like they used to. I'm so excited for both games though!

3d hair for black players needs improvement. The hair textures are all wrong. No nappy or curry fro and fades just weird straight looking hairs.

Wow, I couldn't disagree with this more.

2K15 looks very dull/dark compared to Live. If anything, players/uniforms/courts need to be brighter, and that goes hand in hand with the drab lighting in 2K.

Larry bird. His hair in 15 was the worst I've seen in any video game. I have no words. People who play with the legends know exactly what I'm talking about, it's truly that bad. Fix Larry Bird's hair. If they need to go basic from his later years in the league, that would be fine too.

The skin textures got worse from 2K14 to 2K15.

The jersey and court colors still slightly off.

Lighting in the arena is too dark.

The net doesn't look like an NBA net. It also doesn't animate realistically. It is way to "fluttery". (cool word, I know).

Shoes and accessories could look better.

                                Hair....
