Idk I watched the whole past 2 games on stream and saw zero differences. I think it's just the retro teams that play VERY generic. The sixers raptors guys weren't good at all but they weren't awful they knew how to shake around to shoot and score.

It just looks and appears to play the exact same. Not just similar, but straight copy and paste 2k15 from scoreboard to gameplay to animations..

Of course the game tuned down for arcaders is always going to be an issue until we get lobbies.

Definitely not Sim, but likely Superstar. Not enough fouls called, and open shots just do not miss. May just be patch 4 though, but I do recall consistently having games of >50% fg for both me and my opponent online prior to patch 4 (quite hard to do against AI in Superstar Sim, and most of my opponents do not like playing on ball d)

You do realize by saying this you are calling the 2k developers liars right? They did post a couple huge blog posts about the changes but since you think it's all "copy and paste" then they just spent the last 6 months lying through their teeth?

Lol the game is better.... these guys are garbage on defense.... and button mash x everytime for steal and im not seeing that so ill take that.... i will also accept the fact that no fouls are being called because if i play someone a quick game on someone i dont want to have my 50 percent of my total points come from free throws.

I only care because I play online a lot, and those are on default. I remember playing Rec as a C only to get steal spammed and stripped of the ball 8/10 times from the post with max playmaking. It's unfair, yet it's still there.

So frustrating as a post player with high handles. But I even made a slashing SF and he would get stripped on drives too

Apparently you can defend the ball from the post now, will have to get a feel for that.

Mashing x on layups were way too effective I agree... Hope they call those fouls more
