I deleted the game. It just popped up my face scan and my vitals . I didn't change a thing but added eyebrows lol

Face scan is way better this year. I got 17,000 plus reference points first try. Just get that natural light and it will turn out good. I still think Lives is better especially the skin gone/texture. But I'm happy with the results.

It popped directly after the cinematic when the game makes you create your myplayer the first time ?

If so, cant see why in hell it didnt pop mine

If you still have to use the Kinect/PS Eye to do a face scan, won't be doing one this year either. I have neither of these, on purpose, and not going to buy an Eye just to scan my face.

The "other guys" did it right by putting it in an app for your mobile device.

Hell no. I am not buying a smartphone just to scan my face. My PS4 camera was 50 bucks and it was well worth the price. The camera works just fine. Not everyone has a smartphone. If they had the app for tablets then I would be happy but nope.

Ps4 here - like most have said got pretty high ref points over 14000 but doesn't come out properly. Will try with x1 later during the upcoming week. Not much natural light but I think that's sometimes too much to ask for since a console is typically indoors.

Spent my first 3 hours with the game last night trying to get a decent scan.

No luck - unlike other people here I have the opposite problem of being Asian and having the scan look white. And I keep getting what look like big popped zits on my upper lip because it doesn't detect my nose properly.

I got the same problem as everyone, first started the gams and it uploaded my scan from 2k15 with no eyebrows, I said hell with it I'll make a new scan. So same thing happens, not a single hair on my scan, 20k reference points and I look like an idiot (I usually do but this one looks nothing like me). How can I import my 2k15 scan? It looked better than the 200000 scans I made so far

Last year on PS4 I couldn't get face without a double up nose or mouth. This year worked prefect straight away. Did a second one with natural light and it was even better about 19000 ref points. Looks scary how much it looks like me. Although a bit fitter and younger

Seems that it just doesn't like beards, which is odd because last year's worked fine. I shouldn't have to shave just to get it to work.

I'm on xbox one. Every face scan I do I can clearly see my face in the points but once the results come in I look awful.

Honestly o think it's broken on Xbox one. It's not even getting close to the skin tone or headshape. It looks like its not even using the scan of your face. Hopefully they patch it soon.

seems to be working faster and getting a lot more ref. points (9-10K vs 4-5k in 2K15) but at the end all i get is either warped face or a close to perfect human face that looks nothing like me ... depending on the kinect height/angle
