I dont believe in having Classic teams in ranked matches. U telling me if i was use the Suns i have to play against the 96 bulls and 2003 Lakers every game just cause i'm good enuff to get a top tier? and buying wins? smh FIFA has a perfect system. u win u move up. u lose u get relegated just like in MyTeam. Nothing more nothing less. It works. Not all this classic teams and buying wins stuff

Gotta appease the casuals. 2k was so much better when they weren't on top and had no choice but to dedicate their selves to the sim community. Now the game is just a bunch of fantasy and rucker park bs.

Well fortunately the other game looks pretty good this year, so that may be a viable option for you. That's the great thing about having two respectable games.

Me? I think I'll stick with 2K. Who cares what others do with their VC money. Having the option isn't lame, the people who would actually spend money to do this are.

the fact that they are now saying its on superstar sim means it wasnt on superstar sim in the past, which most of us already knew but 2k tried to deny.

Gimme a break. This is the problem with the hardcore community - CLEARLY in the minoriity, with a small man's complex to boot. If it can't be all your way it's the highway. Again, the vast majority of NBA2K players are likely casuals - you expect 2K to completely ignore that constituency? At the end of the day, you should be able to beat a casual player in a straight up game. It's not enough they cater the game mostly to the minority's way of thinking; every "casual" (despite them being the majority) needs to be made to play the way the game a hardcore player would play. Despite the fact that casuals likely have more loyalty than the supposed hardcore gamers do, who proudly speak to having no brand loyalty whatsoever. At the end of the day you're letting a single concession - one that doesn't affect you all that negatively (imo) - outweigh your view of the game as a whole

Putting tiers in the game was such a clever way to make sure everyone won't be using the same teams. My only criticism is that you can choose your jersey before you look for a match. You're going to be wearing the same color as your opponent very often.

I've already seen a lot of complaints about this. Please do something to fix this.
