Trying to edit Lebron's shoes, are the Lebron XII not available to choose or is it just me. He's wearing them by default but when I go to edit them I can't find them.

Really disappointed in some of these decisions/implementations on things. I'm a shoe and accessories guy as well and there's so much more to be done in this area of the game. I see the progress, but man when they miss, they miss hard.

Why we're back to the disappearing socks thing I have no clue and it's extremely annoying.

The fact that compression gear is missing from the MyPlayer store again is annoying. I just knew I'd be able to put compression pants on my guy this year. Wrong.

When I saw that they'd added a separate accessory that would be in the team's color in addition to the white or black or blue etc. options from last year I was thrilled. Then I got drafted to the Bucks and all my teammates are wearing green arm sleeves and there I am running around with a gold sleeve on. Maybe we should have been given the choice of team color 1 or team color 2 with that accessory option?

I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting right now, but the MyPlayer store isn't working and I can't think of them all off the top of my head.

You can do it. In the edit player menu select the shoe, go to colorway, select the model of the shoe you've created and it should be there.

I wouldn't mind that much If shoes had been accurate as accessories were last year with Beds; but since it's not the case it wouldn't harm giving us the option to do it ourselves.

I'm gonna try to do a better job this year of getting shoe info to Beds as detailed as I was last year with accessories. Honestly I got such a late start on shoes last year and was so discouraged with the limitations we had. From just a time standpoint I just made sure my reports had players wearing the right models. More detailed requests seemed difficult to meet anyway.

hey guys, I can't seemed to customize the Li-Ning shoe brand. It doesn't appear on the customization menu. Don't know if it's just me or it's actually a bug/glitch in the game.

I'm gonna try to do a better job this year of getting shoe info to Beds as detailed as I was last year with accessories. I sent last year some suggestions to Beds on how to improve some shoe default colors and they improved some of them (KDs and Kobes were among them)

The problem is that for what I know Beds isn't directly in charge of doing those hard coded shoe edits and it took a long time to get some results.

I tried to send him feedback on what each player was wearing, but it couldn't be implemented. Look at what I did last year:

As you know it's a lot of tiring job, that's why I've been asking for a way to let users do it by themselves and share it with the rest of the community.

No I'm fairly certain he is not responsible for the hard coded shoes. Which sucks, not that I want more work for him, just wish the rest of his team carried their weight better.

And yes, I'm familiar with your thread last year, you did a phenomenal job. You basically did all the heavy lifting in the early part of the season with much of that being implemented and so really I just had to run maintenance the rest of the way.

I just wish we weren't always missing so many models that are widely worn throughout the league. Hopefully this year new models can find their way into 2k quickly.

Its still mind boggling we can't select different sock lengths for MyPlayers.

Hey seanbarkley I had no problems making a custom colour way and putting it in James harden in my league. I just went to edit player and went to select shoes and rather than select model I went to colour way and down to the shoe I wanted and I was able to pick the colour way I made.

It's just pure laziness from them really.

I mean it couldn't take them that long to fix such minor things that can just get real annoying when you're playing.

The inability to change sock lengths in my player.

Socks disappearing when you select full leg accessories.

The ability to customise shoe colours. We had it in 2K11, why take it out?

Black socks on classic teams etc.

These things being in the game spit in the face of us the consumer in my opinion. They would certainly be aware of these issues yet they always toss them to the side.

Maybe one year they'll get customisation options right. We should be able to get a 2K game where a few minor glitches can be found in customisation, not developer oversights done by developers who simply don't care enough about how invested some users are in customisation and accuracy.

For the love of GOD can they ATLEAST get the Jordan colorways right on his feet! It's a huuuuuge disappointment with these fake red and black colorways.. Also take black socks off of any team under 1996

Does anyone know a fix to the custom shoe glitch ?.. Because i bought
About 6 pair of custom jordans but when i turned my game off and back on I couldn't wear them 😑 it was like i didnt buy them at all and I didn't even get my VC back 😡😡 i even tried to connect with 2kSupport but they dont gaf .. But if anyone know a fix let me know i would appreciate it.

Is anyone having an issue where they create a shoe and can't select it for a player in MyLeague?
