Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
hey just so everyone knows, I took about 200hrs to construct a legends roster. I worked super hard on this thing. I'm going to be filming a momentous trailer for it this weekend. please search my roster by "content name," and the roster is called "chise." I labeled it as such because it's prime for associations and will make for great games against friends or for online associations as well as offline! please let me know what you all think. thanks a bunch! btw this is for PS4 users. hope you enjoy it! the season is right around the corner!Comment

Mike said he'd tweak weaker defenders ability to stifle you....
but if your still getting locked up with DA AND OBD at 0 you may need to rethink the way you're attacking...tried those settings out
https://vid.me/791m
and that's against Jimmy Butler...no moves at all..
Now if you wanna talk about those dumb flops that's a different story, lol

Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
I don't have any concerns with gameplay forreal but online is still a JOKE. I've attempted at least 25 all-star teamup games today and have only completed 5. I'm not exaggerating. 5!. I'm pissed because I just seen a 2k commercial and they have the nerve to have a comment about the game being great on and offline. In addition this all-star teamup being janky as hell, I'm 8/0 in online quick game but I've only played 4 full games. The other 4 cut shortly into the game and I received W's for them. Was thinking my connection was faulty but I don't seem to be having any issues with Madden, COD, or MGSV online.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
Things that irritate me about this game:
- 90% of turnovers I make are unforced. Most of these are caused by my player dribbling it off an opponent's leg, shoulder, arm, etc. Some times I get called for back-court because the CPU uses "the force" and pushes my player back and I can't do anything about it (stuck in animation). You literally cannot dribble in the paint as it will most likely get knocked off unintentionally by someone's body part; it's even worse when you're trying it with a big who has decent handles in real life.
- It literally doesn't matter which player is on the floor. The CPU's passing IQ is off the charts. Basically every one has the vision of a LeBron or Steve Nash. When someone is open, you can almost guarantee that he is getting the ball no matter who the passer is, yes even JaVale McGee!
- The 'physicality' in the game is sometimes annoying. I'm referring to the bumps and physical contact. It really pisses me off when I'm trying to blow past a defender on the break and the in-game contact causes my player to go into a forced animation where it bumps into the defender thus causing his momentum to slow down.
As a side note, I'm not very good at this game (playing Pro/Simulation) but man this game really makes my blood boil hahaComment

Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
I thought those super low, line drive alley oops were a thing of the past. Sadly mistaken. And when playing the CPU, I can so much as brush against another player with my ball and rightfully lose it, but I'm staring at frame where my player is literally clipping into the CPU's ball hand and nothing ever happens.
I don't mind the realism...I just wish it didn't arbitrarily apply only to me for sake of difficulty.Comment

Since the last patch I'm loving the game more and more....just got cheated though with a invisible force field pulling me away from an open player, to prevent him from making a three, that should have been contested.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
So I didn't play a game since October 26 and played two tonight. Was there something changed? The game doesn't have the smooth getting it initially did and is so clunky right now. I don't feel in control of my players anymoreComment

Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
This game is so finicky when it comes to sliders/difficulty settings etc. I've been stuck on a myleague game against the Warriors, trying over and over to get GS to run their offense somewhat realistically. Almost every time down, curry would ISO. That was like it practically. Tried changing CPU tendencies, other stuff, no difference. So on a whim I move the difficulty down to superstar from HOF. Game played completely different. GS ran their offense, Thompson was running off screens, their fast breaks were not overly forced & animations were smoother.
So I then decide to bump up CPU off. consistency- started a new game with that, and it goes back to curry isoing every time and overall CPU just playing dumber on offense. Change off. consistency back to what I had, kept it at superstar, started new game- GS goes back to running their offense more believably. I mean what the hell? Why should changing the difficulty and certain offensive consistency settings completely morph the way the CPU plays offense? It makes no sense.

Re: NBA 2K16 Available Today, Post Your Impressions Here
I am so glad to hear that I am NOT the only one on this issue.. I've been out of work with a bad foot for about a week now and I've had a lot of time to catch up and play and I've been playing 2k for years so its nothing new and for whatever reason I'm punished for playing good defense. My players do not seem to move very well and become very slow when the computer decides to drive. Also it is true that the computer has supervision when it comes to passing because all of a sudden JR Smith is looking like Steve Nash when passing the ball and my computer controlled defenders seem to lose sense of where they are and what they're doing and allowed too many open shots or back doors.. This is very frustrating since it's early in the season and was looking forward to playing 2k but I will be honest with you I am feeling Madden football game play is better this year than 2k basketball. I may need to give Live a try and see if that satisfies my basketball needs for the seasonI am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...Comment

A couple of another annoying things.. I absolutely hate it when the opposing team makes a basket and it takes forever for your guy to inbound the ball to push him put pressure on them but instead it seems as though the computer slows my man down intentionally to give their team enough time to get back and set up on defense. Also the computer makes way too many floaters.. they will be on a fast break and pull up a runner from the free throw line in old hit nothing but net have the time or go off the backboard you do not see this type of shot in situations like that in the NBAI am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" They need to get rid of the cutscenes during timeouts where the assistant coach is talking. Or at least keep that in MyCareer because I don't see a reason to have it during Play Now or NBA Today games.
Oh and has anybody else struggled knocking down anything from Goran Dragic outside of layups? I can't hit **** with him lol#RespectTheCultureComment
