Park has been playing well... however the game mode I was most excited for (Pro-Am) doesn't work at all.

Can't even join other MyCourts so we're stuck playing park until 2K finally announces something.

It's stupid.

Did the gauntlet just to try it out. Had an absolutely miserable time in my 10 games. Guys just sprint around the court trying to get to the rim. I had to face Michael Jordan back to back...well let me say it's not even a contest when he's in the gauntlet. I had two under 70 bigs and a silver guard. MJ ran circles around everyone.

Absolutely no interest playing these people. I'll go for CPU AI all day and if I want human competition I'll go play real basketball.

I went 8-2 in the gauntlet...so it's not sour grapes.

I don't even bother with the MyPlayer online game modes. PlayNow is nice, I just hope they nerf AI onball defence online to promote being the onball defender

The AI defence is far better than what any user can do, and when you start playing people that catch on to that and refuse to guard whoever has the ball (aka letting the game play for them) the game gets frustrating.

I'm 7-1 right now with the Raptors so no sour grapes, but *** **** the one game I lost was mad annoying because of the offball bs.

i play on ps4. 10 user Teamup is my main mode of play. It feels as smooth as offline. It's amazing. I played some park mode and its extremely smooth as well. My only complaint so far is that i have had the game since 11pm thursday night and i havent had to 2kstore load for me one time.

I've mainly been doing Play Now Online - about 15 games so far. I'd say the first half of those games were pretty solid, probably because people actually used lower tiered teams. Once I got up a few leagues (I'm on Varsity now), I encountered several opponents who used the Cavs, which was not fun even when I won. I only use the Nets online and have won my fair share, but it's annoying playing guys who just hold onto sprint the entire game. I prefer playing this game offline since it's just more realistic and less arcadey.

I've played two online RTTP myTeam games. I am in the 8 seed (4 people lagged out before game started so I got the win). The first game was flawless. There was no lag whatsoever. Second game was horrendous. Like I couldn't shoot a free throw to save my life horrendous. Seems like the servers haven't been touched.

Online is terrible...unplayable. I played 4 games and they're all laggy. It is just as worst as last year.

I couple other reasons i HATED what they did to the game.
1. Substitution menu...what the hell. IF you think this substitution screen is better than last year, you're just being illogical. Why would you make user switch to TWO different screens back and forth just so you can find the player you want to sub. Also I have no doubt the general gamers will find this confusing. Also, why is the screen menu automatically disappeared before I can even find the player i want to sub? Who's idea is this to put this menu in the game? Sorry I don't think it make substitution any quicker. Last year sub menu is actually better.
2. I don't like how they change up the bounce passes with a separate button. Sure i can get use to it, but i don't feel a sense of satisfaction with that button. I normally did a bounce pass in a fast break follow by a dunk. Now I don't feel good pressing a separate button before dunking. It's just odd. The same go with the alley opp button. There is NO REASON to change up these buttons. Why would you do that?? Just for the sake of changing? I don't think it does it any good to be honest and i been playing 2K for a long time.
3. And how do you call quick time out and intentional foul? I know last year, you press a combination of buttons but this year....it doesn't work. Again, why would you change up these buttons?
4. Still no Nosebleed cam online and why do i have change the settings, strategy every single time i get into an online game? Why couldn't it be saved? This is the same thing last year, they never fix it.
5. But the main problem is...ONLINE lag. And it is the MAIN reason i am considering of selling the game back. I will give it a couple more shots and then consider selling it.

This game is meant to be played offline, not online. I imagine it's fun playing local multiplayer, but not online. It's unplayable for me.

Online ranked has been smooth for me also. It's very satisfying shutting people down when they try to cheese. No more perfect/green release, zig-zag, baseline, charge, etc. At least not like ot was in 2k15

40 people walking around in locker room. Won't sync 10 of us up. Just keeps walking to court and back to locker took. Frustrating for sure.

Now 15+ games in play now/park and it hasn't been laggy or delayed at all

What they do need to fix is this jersey situation

Spurs in their road jerseys vs. MIA in their black tie jerseys...nightmare!!
