Max 3 relocations?

I'm in myleague, I rebranded okc,clippers and pacers. I tried to move another team and it says limit reached. You must return a previous team to relocate another???

I thought we could rebrand every team if we wanted.

I'm not sure anyone truly expected to be able to relocate all 30. But I'll admit I surely didn't expect to be limited to 3.

I wasn't expecting 30, but i mean they have alot of locations. This has severly pissed me off. And its not even relocations, all i've done so far is just change logos and jerseys. All the cities are the same.

this is VERY upsetting as i am making NCAA rosters and was going to relocate all of the teams so they could have their actual jerseys.....

Like what the hell was the point in giving us like 20 cities if we can't move to 85% of them. What a waste, half the reason i bought this years game was due to the customization.

can you relocate "uncontrolled team" as well? or you have to be 30 user controll mode?

Yeah, I was surprised to be stopped at 3 last night. The full customization and do what you want hype on MyLeague made me think you could do all 30 if you wanted (although that would be tedious as doing 3 was getting old for me lol).

It's just such a weird limitation, were they literally in a meeting and someone said lets only let the user do 3 max. Not sure about a patch, doesn't seem like it would be hard but I have no idea how the games are made lol

In another thread it was stated that it's a limitation due to the save file size.

Well, I guess in MyLeague, it'll be a Euroleague plus 5 (Lakers, Celtics, Knicks plus 2 others) and I'll relocate/rebrand the other 2 (one to the Supersonics).

Damn.... I hope we're able to create a team with all the customization features and then swap the nba teams out. I know it's not the as a relocation but hopefully it can be done this way.

REALLY? This sucks. I thought myLeague was supposed to be their "sandbox" mode.
