The color wheel has no values assigned to it, so there's no way to say for sure what it is. I started with the gold/yellow from the Warriors and the green from the Bucks as the Sonics primary colors for the uniform, then adjusted the shade of them until I matched the shade in the logos; it's about two or three shades darker (or lighter) depending on what you see (as every screen is different).

The Sonics colors were actually a good bit lighter, but I opted for darker because I like it better (and TV AKA the game makes it look a little brighter on the court than in the editing screen).

Jersey and arena designs are not shareable -- only way to do it is to get screenshots and attempt to replicate it that way. The sharing feature might make it into next years game, but it's not gonna make it this year.

How many VC does it costs?

The Mycourt has stuff to buy with the walls and court floor being expensive (1000-5000 vc), but the pro-am arena creation stuff is free

Some images were posted in one of my posts in the Photographic Side thread. Cool to see another user go with the One Buffalo logo as well, though this is based on their light blue scheme instead of their orange one.

Here's some raw video for anyone who wants to see it in action. I think I need to make the names on the back of the uniforms slightly bigger but I'm very happy with the results:
