not if it is like all the other 2k versions, there hasn't been a NBA 2k that has had stable online. 2k14's mypark didn't work "sorta fine" until it was February that year and even then it was a nightmare trying to teamup with a friend because when you did find a stable "park" it was usually full and near impossible to get more than 1 buddy into the same server, 2k15 wasn't quite as bad as that but still it took forever for them to get it to work at even a 35% success rate.

really hoping they get this solved FINALLY because pro-am looks really promising with the creative aspect.

The devs said they devoted their hearts to the online. Someone has got to be at fault. It just gets old. No point of having these great modes if offline is blah

Played a few games today some impressions :

Teamwork matters . Not only that but playing to your player's strength and guessing your opponents weakness too. If you're a big 7'3 300 lbs center dominant inside or if you're shorter use your speed ! I haven't seen the zigzag work at all. Obviously a center can't keep up with a guard but bigs work down low. The mode is a lot of fun and takes thinking jacking shots just doesn't work. Throwing random alleys doesn't work. Doubling everybody will leave shooters open. Play to your guys scoring ability.

Yea, it's amazing inside the lines. It just needs to work for everybody to experience how great it is.

I have been trying from day 1 and have managed to get into 3 games. There was no lag. Played really smooth but the endless sitting and watching the screen with 40 people in the locker room morphing into each other and not starting a game gets old.

I've yet to get a game. We always have a squad of 5 and one always gets left behind ina screen that says finding players. We all live in the same vicinity to (Connecticut/Western Mass) so I'm not sure why we always lose one.

I just played a game as a walk-on for the 1st time today. No lag at all for me, and was able to get a W. I hope to get lucky and get another game in tonight.

Every other time I tried to play with my squad, we couldn't get it to work at all.

I just played my first pro am game as a walk on of course and my god its the best mode out. Went into overtime and lost but jesus was that fun. Please fix this 2k. I promise you will go down in sports gaming history. Only negative is the amount of points you get for playing a long game is not as much but ill take that for how much fun it was.

I don't have any problems playing myteam, when there are 10 players found. But the process of finding 10 players.... I just don't understand why 2k cannot restrict proam to registered teams?! Then there wouldn't be any problems of finding games, because as soon as two teams find each other, vacant spots will be filled with AI players.... Players without a team should go to the rec center and not to proam...

Does anyone know, if we ever will be able to play in our own arenas?

its like 2K likes to complicate things for themselves. They been running circles around us for years. They know what we want but they dont want to give it to us, but they want to make it look like they are doing so. It's getting old and im getting bored of their game.

Seems like a console-only problem. I'm on PC and I don't have any problems playing ProAm as long as I find 10 players (which in fact is hard enough sadly).

They made 4 millions sells in 1 week so they can see how much we love the game and they get all our money but what we get ?? A broken Pro Am mode ?

Got into a match at like 3 AM. It worked smoothly besides the fact that one of our fifth guys always didn't make it to the locker team with us. It sucked but as usual when it's working it's amazing. So patch #2 please bless us with a working pro am before next friday.
