This is hilarious...I play on-ball D 95% of the time and I feel your pain. It's really frustrating when you see the rare occasion where these off ballers try and defend their man, and they end up biting for EVERY pump fake and being out of position on any juke. LoL...
2K needs to show me on-screen where these off baller lames are hiding. Which man they're on. They can especially exploit a team such as the Wizards (the one I main) when Gooden is on the floor. He's not much of a scorer around the rim these days, and can't really create his own shot in 2K. A play needs to be run for him to get a good look. So, the off baller lames will just control the dude that guards him the whole match, playing passing lanes and trying to block shots with helpout defense. Even more interesting is how so many OS'ers defend this practice of non-skill/non-interactive defense (they must do it themselves).

.....the joy i have when they no longer can just get by due to human error and lag and get bumped into oblivion....the joy is heightened when i see that the AI basically mirrors every move my helpless opponent makes while i wait in the wings for a pass just like my opponent did ALL GAME....the joy is taken to an even higher place when my cpu teammate causes turnovers while my opponent frantically looks for the open man as i wait for a steal or rebound off the ball
....i secretly enjoy the idea of my opponent going
after that loss but secretly hate i had to stoop to their level to get that win.....ah well...scorned onball defenders can be very dangerous lol
